Very good value for money and really good location If you plan to wander around the city.
Pros:

Very good location and very friendly staff at the hotel. What I think could be improved a bit is the variety of food for breakfast (please bear in mind that I mean the breakfast that was included because you can also order a'la carte). The only thing that I see on a bit of negative side of things is the quality of the carpet in the room - the stains that are probably no longer removable do not look aesthetic and in my opinion it should be replaced.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location with Friendly Service
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was okay — there was a decent selection to start the day. Overall, a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

there was a worker on spa area that we arrived very late there like 1 hour before they time of closing hounestly she welcome us with smile and everything but the person bi was with spoke georgian language and moment we turn she curse us very badly anyway we didn't report it but it was unpleasant

Für einen paar Nächte in Kutaisi zum Kurztrip ausreichend.
Pros:

Lage, weiße Brücke, sehr ruhig im Vergleich in anderen Straßen, wenn der ohrenbetäubende Außenlautsprecher vom Hotel nicht schon morgens ABBA spielen würde. Lobby lädt zum verweilen ein. Parken vor dem Hotel möglich. Kurze Wege zu den Restaurants,Sehenswürdigkeiten! Ständige Anwesenheit der Security in der Lobby.

Cons:

Schmuddeliger Teppichboden im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück waren die warmen Speisen wie Rührei, Würstchen etc. kalt maximal lauwarm. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein.
