Pros:

Nice view, friendly staff, quiet & clean rooms. Nice rooftop restaurant with quick service.

Cons:

Main elevator was broken and the service one was dirty and had safety issues with the door sensor. Strong unpleasant smell in the room bathroom upon checking in. Limited free breakfast options.

Нам абсолютно всё понравилось в этом отеле от первого до последнего момента пребывания. Персонал заслуживает отдельной огромной благодарности: невероятно приветливый, внимательный, искренний и по-настоящему заботливый. Мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а желанными и дорогими людьми.

Особенно хотим отметить, что в день нашей свадьбы команда отеля превзошла все ожидания и помогла мне устроила для моего мужа сюрприз-ужин. Это было настолько красиво, душевно и продуманно, что навсегда останется в нашей памяти как одно из самых трогательных событий в жизни. Такое отношение редкость и огромная ценность.

Абсолютно никаких негативных моментов за всё время проживания не было. Всё было организовано безупречно, на высшем уровне и даже выше наших ожиданий.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited and the elevator wasn't working so had to use the staff elevator which didn't have a sensor so it was a bit scary going in and out with kids.

A nice hotel in the city centre of Kutaisi
Pros:

Great location in the city centre, kind and attentive staff members, good breakfast and coffee.

Cons:

We had two separate reservations in the beginning and in the end of our trip to Georgia. We booked the same rooms at the same rates but the first two rooms given to us weren’t really good and as shown on the photos. They were outdated and the isolation of the windows needed change. Luckily, the second time, we got better rooms with properly isolated windows and we managed to sleep better.
