Netter Poolbereich, gutes Frühstück gut amerikanische Verhältnisse.

We had sofa sleeper on our room but no sheets & etc.
Also you could not dial for service and had to go Shem and request sheets

Pros:

The convenience in location. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room had several broken items including the toilet paper holder, peep hole on the door wouldn’t close, the door itself was crooked and difficult to open and let light in through it’s crookedness to the frame, not all lights worked and the shower door didn’t seal as it should and soaked the floor each shower. There was also mold growing in the wall art. The worst part was the bugs. Our sheets for the pull out bed had a giant dead cockroach and the bathroom was crawling with baby cockroaches. If it hadn’t been such a packed weekend in town, I would have left but all the other hotels were booked.

Pros:

Parking was great location was nice

Cons:

Room was clean but they did vacuum the floor .the pool was dirty (GREEN) and the door to get back in was broken we had to walk around the whole building to the front desk . The ice maker was broken and we was on the 3rd floor . They said they will have it fix they lie for the 4 days we stay , they did nothing just like the pool and our floor was dirty . Once we completed they treated us like SH*T .

I felt very safe. It was comfortable. The front desk, including the housekeepers were very kind.
Pros:

Great day, very clean. The staff is amazing. Very accommodating and respectful.

Cons:

Nothing i did not like. I just wish they had an office room to use a computer for work.
