I felt very safe. It was comfortable. The front desk, including the housekeepers were very kind.
Pros:

Great day, very clean. The staff is amazing. Very accommodating and respectful.

Cons:

Nothing i did not like. I just wish they had an office room to use a computer for work.

This hotel offered us a cozy space while we moved from Charleston to Richmond with two cats.
Pros:

The breakfast offered a good variety. I loved the location, which was close to highways but was quiet.

Cons:

I was surprised by the smallish size of the room, but I'll blame myself for not paying closer attention during booking.

It was nice to have breakfast available on Thanksgiving morning.

Cons:

The breakfast selections were not particularly tasty. Turkey sausage was not a favorite.
The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor despite repeated efforts to fix the problem.

Cons:

Out of 4 nights there, we were moved to 3 different rooms. 1st room was dirty, 2nd room had no heat, so we froze in 40 degree weather all night, 3rd room the sleeper sofa was broke.
