Breakfast was nice, and that area was very clean.
Our room was missing a remote , the television in the living room was unplugged from the controller, the room had no ice bucket. The overall cleanliness of the room was "so-so". The living room furniture was old and worn out

The property was convenient and close to a lot of the areas I wanted to go. It also had traffic lights on both sides no matter which way you turned out so it made it easier to get anywhere.
There was mold in the bathroom above the air vent and in the first room no AC but the staff was very accommodating in both situations
It was a nice facility. Front desk staff was helpful. Enjoyed being able to prepare food in the room.
The cleaning staff only cleaned our room in 6 days. Had to ask for items needed due to room not being serviced.

They need give more love to the hotel like updates repair the second elevator, keep clean the breakfast area.

Missing and Broken items.
Hotel was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable and the staff were super friendly and welcoming! 10/10 will be using this hotel for future trips to Charleston
There was what looked like a little bit of mold behind the frosted glass in my bathroom mirror, but everything else was clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff especially the young lady with the short red or pink hair was amazing. She was very helpful, professional, and super sweet.

Breakfast was good.
1.One of the elevators was broken, and the floor of the other one was dirty and had broken flooring.
2. There was used dirty mens underwear at the side exit door and even after reporting it upon arrival it remained there overnight and past 11am when we checked out.
3. The sofa surface appeared to be dirty as well.
