I like it was close to the Convention center.

I didnt like the fact my room wasnt clean when I ask. I also didnt like that there was only one elevator working.

Airport transportation provided by the hotel was fast and convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast was hot and well tended by a staff member who was refreshing the items. There was plenty of seating in the dining area. Rooms were large and spacious.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working, so it did take a while to get upstairs and downstairs (6th floor) due to our larger party and luggage, in addition to other guests who were also trying to use the elevator at the same times.

Convenient location for my trip

Cons:

In the 4 nights that I spent there, the cleaning team never came to change towels and pick up trash. Also under the bath sink there is something weird on the floor, looks like a very mango seed. That was disgusting.

Liked the room size, loved the shower, pressure, heat, cleanliness
Liked there was a curtain divider between the bed and sofa sleeper.

Elevator issues, only 1 Elevator worked but extremely slow.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Everything about it was exceptional clean, comfortable, nice staff, and love the fact that it was 10 minutes from the airport.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there was only one elevator working which was not there fault because it was being repaired, but the up side to that was that my room was right across from the stairwell which leads right out to the parking lot where I was parked so it worked out.
