Very disappointing

The shuttle experience was terrible. However, the hotel itself was very nice.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. Enjoyed having the lobby as a place to eat.

Cons:

Our experience with the hotel shuttle from the airport was awful. I called the hotel, was given directions of where to go so went to the pick up area. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the driver called and said he would be there shortly. However, we finally gave up and took an Uber. The shuttle driver kept telling us that we were in the wrong place and that he was there, but obviously was not. it was definitely not a good start to our trip.

It was close and convenient to the shopping center. You could walk to dinner a great restaurants. It was fantastic and the staff was incredible and super super super clean.

Too crowded, only 1 elevator worked and too very long. Breakfast was always gone because of cruise crowds.

This was embarrassing for a Hilton. Do better.
Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

A dump, dirty, furniture falling apart, stained. For 400 dollars a night this was embarrassing.

Good enough for a one night stay
Pros:

Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts, premade circles of eggs with cheese. no meat selection, such as sausage. Had all the typical cereal, breads, yogurt and muffins, etc. Room was a good size, with full size fridge, microwave.

No real complaints to offer.
