my room was on 6th floor and both elevators were out of service. Had to walk down with my 86 year old dad .

Only 1 elevator, and from what I heard its been like that for a while. Current working elevator is small. Ice machine on 4th floor does work. They only had one person working desk at check in on a Saturday.

The staff is kind and professional and all hotel areas were clean. The breakfast was good and the coffee too. They have gym and pool and laundry services.

First rate and classy
Pros:

Very nice. Clean, spacious, first class. Breakfast was good. Location was good for our group: close to airport and the cruise ship docks. Not a lot of restaurants close by but we certainly didn’t starve.

Cons:

The washer and dryer in the laundry room worked but were very slow.

NO WORKING ELEVATORS, FILTHY ROOM, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, A NIGHTMARE HOTEL-OVERPRICED!

The location but hotel is a nightmare!

Cons:

The 2 elevators were broken and we were not notified by staff UNTIL AFTER the check in process was completed. We had prepaid for the hotel online and were asked "to visit the front desk upon arrival" via an online message. Yet they failed to communicate the problem with the elevators although we had a room booked on the 6th floor. At no point did the staff notify us that there were no working elevators and that we would be required to hand carry our luggage up and down the stairs plus use the stairs to get to breakfast and the other amenities located on the first floor. Staff had us recheck in upon arrival and did not say a word about the lack of ANY working elevators until they accepted payment from us and entered all the information into the computer system. Valerie, the front desk attendant, was rude and acted as if it was so easy for us to relocate to another hotel downtown which was not an option for us. After traveling all day, being disabled and having prepaid for our transportation to and from this hotel, this was a an absolute nightmare. Valerie, unaware I was a Spanish speaker, was overheard speaking unprofessionally and respectfully about me on 2 separate occasions.
I was at this hotel on 4/19-4/20 and 1 elevator was in service, the other was broken. The elevator never was fixed. After having the other elevator break down, the housekeeping service on the upper floors was obviously neglected. The room was filthy, a bottle of hand soap in the shower instead of body soap, bodily fluids on the back of the room's door and the coach & table had food particles all over it. We were charged full price with no reimbursements or attempt to correct this nightmare.

My home away from home.
Pros:

Rooms are large, clean and full of amenities. Breakfast was pretty good. The gym was nice. Overall a great and family friendly hotel.

Nothing bad to say at all.

Very nice would stay again !
Pros:

Ice cold air conditioning ! Loved it . Comfy bed and pillows . Very Nice patio out front and back . Walk to the mall.

Cons:

They need to fix the second elevator . One small elevator for that big hotel is ridiculous
