South Beach Hotel

Caro per il servizio dato .Sono stata un po delusa della camera perché non c'era dove appendere la doccia ed il coperchio del water erea rotto , poi prima di lasciare la camera mentre eravamo a fare la colazione ci hanno ritirato le salviette e non le hanno riposte pulite e noi potevamo lasciare la stanza alle 12 .

L ascenseur ne fonctionne pas et la poscine n est pas propre

Not much really going on in this area. The hotel needs help. The food was pretty decent. Filipe, the hotel manager was so helpful. The hotel was unable to accept cards as payment so that was a bit of a hassle. Had to find an ATM. Not that big of a deal

No more. Pleasant aera. Good staff. Small swiming pool.

The good: the terrace on the 5th floor had a beautiful view. It was empty. It seems that only me and my family stayed there and maybe another two couple. The staff especially the girls were super sweet and attentive. The other staff was ok.
The bad: the room needs to be updated. The TV is placed to the side and its so small. No seats or tablea.or.minifridge or anything!!! Only the beds! The light went off a few times and had to walk to the third floor because the elevator was not working. The main manager Andrea he tried to be very polite but to me he needs to learn how to delegate responsibility. He pretends kindness but i see a micromanager. I really didnt like his gestures as they were fake. My sister saw him yell at the women staff which is crazy because they were there from 8 to God knows when. Everyone seemed afraid of Andrea. At the end we paid and Andrea ran after us saying there was a mistake and we needes to pay more. Which was correct but he was talking like a crazy person like trying to prove he wasn't lying but no one said that. I just needed to get to my phone and see the original reservation to confirm what he had in his computer. For one he should have ensure of that when we first paid! Secondly he started saying that that is what happens when you leave other people to check you out when HE WAS ALSO THERE CHECKING US OUT AND YET BLAMED THE WORKER!! I was trying to get to my internet and I couldn't because the hotel wifi was weak!

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor, muy acortado y limpiezas muy buen.

Fue una estupenda experiencia, buen servicio al cliente, mi única sugerencia sería que hubiera agua para consumo disponible en todo momento.

L'accueil est cordial et chaleureux. Le cadre est superbe. L'équipement des chambres est malheureusement minimaliste à mon avis.

The hotel is very close to Los Patos which is nice. The service was good but the rooms need improvement. The staff was friendly. For a quick place to stay, I recommend it.

Very nice hotel located right in the center of all atractions between Barahona and Pedernales. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinners were very delicious. The only inconvenience was that the water stopped running for a few minutes while I was taking a shower. Another time, the water was barely running. I certainly hope to go back as the seven of us who went had a wonderful time.

Todo maravilloso, fue una estadía muy agradable, con un personal excelente, ademas cerca de varios atractivos naturales que hicieron valer la pena el viaje desde Santo Domingo

Hotel was great people are very nice. We tipped them in American money when we left since speaking to them and getting to know them was pleasant. Beach was a bit rough for me I wouldn't recommend it but it has a river pool that is best to get wet in for both kids and adults.

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The staff was helpful and attentive. The air conditioning did not work in our room so they moved us to a new room. The view from the rooftop lounge area was great, especially at sunset. We stayed here after a day at Bahia de Las Aguiles which is a bit of a drive but awesome.

great, new, and quite cheap hotel with beautiful surroundings. Only objection is that the hotel is so new that there was still some construction work that remained was when we were there
