Good location
Rooms are very dirty and old & broken shelves. Bad smell all the way. When sleeping, we’re worrying that insects may bite us.
Water is very slow and weak. Old and bad condition room and equipment.
The accomodation was excellent for the money and had everything we could need. It was 5 mins walk to exhibition centre, great location with a mall 2 mons walk and food options all around the area, with some delicious street food at night time right outside. It is a simple room, not decorated as luxury, ie had cartoon bed sheets, but immaculately clean and fuctional. Highly recommended for the price and if you need to be by the exhibition center

It was a difficult property to find. Not a great option for a foreigner in Thailand. The room itself was great, although the only way we were able to find it was from our taxi driver speaking to people in the area to help us find it.

The room I've booked was different from my hotel booking (we were transferred to another building). The hallway going to every room was too narrow and looked creepy.

The place comes off on Hotels.com like a regular hotel, but it is not. It is an apartment complex with a few units set aside as the 'hotel.' You are living alongside local permanent residents. There is no staff to deal with, no service, nothing.
