Pros:

The customer service was amazing! We were met with warmth and friendliness! It’s in a more quiet part of town so that was also a bonus! Private parking lot and the breakfast was also good

Positive impression overall, but with some room for improvement.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located very close to the park and the sea promenade, with lots of restaurants nearby - so the fact that there is no actual restaurant in the hotel is not an issue. The breakfast is quite good.

Cons:

The furniture quality was dubious - we had to replace one of the chairs as it was falling apart; and one of the windows fell into the room and had to be reinstalled. Also, the quality of the internet connection was not great - there were parts inside the room where I could not connect.

We had an amazing stay at Chatto Hotel! The staff really made the stay special. From the first moment at the check in desk, we had a great impression from how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice comfortable beds. Tasty traditional breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tuzla.

Geheimtipp an der Strandpromenade
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sofort herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.
Alles war sauber.
Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Wir haben uns für die kleinen Zimmer entschieden, weil diese einen riesigen Balkon mit super Aussicht hatten. Es ist kein Fünfsternehotel, aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr nett und sauber.
Die Lage ist super. Bis zur Strandpromenade läuft man ein bis zwei Minuten. Bis zur Tuzla Marina (riesiges Erlebnis-/Einkaufszentrum) geht man fünf bis zehn Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Zahlreiche Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung.
Für uns ist dieses Hotel eine Riesenentdeckung. Wir werden gerne wieder dort buchen. Für uns ist dieses Hotel ein Geheimtipp. Herzlichen Dank an das Personal.

Cons:

Кімната була прокурена. Мабуть хтось курив перед нами. Прибирали не кожного дня. А коли прибирали, то забирали 4 рушники а клали 2. То взагалі рушники забрали і поклали 1 халат і 1 рушник. Постійно ходили на рецепцію і просили рушники. Попросили ще одну ковдру, бо маленька була - так прибиральниця її забрала) шампуні дали лише при заселенні. Хоча ми жили тиждень.
