Good value for money (at least for SGP standards). Nice pool with bar and view. Close to metro.

Great facility

It was a really lovely experience!! The room was beautiful and had an incredible view!! The staff especially were wonderful and so welcoming! This was most noted at the buffet, where the staff were very kind, specifically the hostess Gia. She also came in with such an enthusiastic attitude and such a smile that really set the positive atmosphere. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel and will hopefully be back one day.

I have stayed at this particular hotel many times. The entire staff is excellent. I’d like to highlight AJ / Jamal / Shameer for their great attention to detail and warmth in hospitality. Regardless whether taking care of a guest’s personal belongings or sharing a quick pleasantry and laugh - these guys really care for their guests. They make you feel like family. I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Little India.

The location is excellent. The hotel is directly above Farrer Park MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Singapore. There is also a shopping mall connected to the station with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, so finding food or daily necessities is effortless.

The check-in experience was outstanding. I arrived around 12:00 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. I was fully prepared to wait, but to my surprise, my room was already ready. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Special thanks to Jun for the smooth and friendly check-in process.

I stayed in the Loft Room. Like many hotel rooms in Singapore, it is compact but well designed. The room features a sofa bed on the lower level and the main bed upstairs, which can comfortably accommodate three guests. The only limitation is the space for opening large suitcases. The bathroom was clean and functional, and I appreciated having a bidet. The hotel also provides useful facilities such as an ice machine, self-service laundry, and a microwave for guests.

The only downside during my stay was the gym. For a four-star hotel, it felt rather small and basic, with only a few treadmills, an elliptical machine, and dumbbells. There were no resistance machines, which was a little disappointing. The lobby is also relatively small, so it can become quite crowded as many guests tend to sit and wait there.

I didn't try the breakfast.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. With its excellent location, convenient amenities, and friendly service, I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

Short family trip to Singapore (June 2026). Of the various properties we’ve stayed at in Singapore over the years, this one is my favorite thus far. A very nice property with a great location for visiting the places we love. It’s conveniently located above an MRT station (Farrer Park) and is right next to City Square Mall. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful in accommodating our needs. It will be at the top of my list for stays on our next return.

Loved the staff, especially Franzy. I throughly enjoyed my stay, it wasn't long enough. The restaurant food 😋, the swimming pool, the location, and with the train station right there handy was only a few of my highlights. Totally recommend this place to stay in Singapore. ♥️
Oh, I almost forgot with the room dining service, I loved the challenge to draw on the huge trsy mat ⁰the hotel better than the architects.

I’m staying at the Holiday Inn Singapore in Little India for a week-long family vacation, and the experience has been wonderful. The staff at the reception were very warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Julian, who kindly helped us check in earlier than our requested time. We truly appreciated his assistance. The Gully restaurant at the hotel also offers excellent service. Highly recommended.
