Rooms are small for 3 people
The location of the property was perfect as it was next to an MRT station. It had a great pool and a Starbucks. The products they used in the bathroom were fantastic would definitely buy these if they were available.
We tried to order room service on 3 separate occasions and no one ever answered the phone! The bathrooms were very small. The pool closed at 10pm, we never managed to get to it in the daylight!
Directly located ant the Subway, the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. Although, Little India needs to been seen as well.
The rooms are clean and well separated into 2 floors. We stayed with 2 small kids and they loved to go upstairs and downstairs in the room.
We booked it again for the trip back home since we stay 1 night.
We had to leave very early and the hotel was not able to provide a breakfast package even though we purchased breakfast.

Hôtel de bon standing moderne et facilement accessible avec la station de métro juste à côté .
La variété du petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée surtout concernant la qualité du pain qui pourrait être meilleure. Idem pour le dîner , essayez de proposer plus de repas internationaux pour les clients de l’hôtel qui ne tolèrent pas / peu les épices même si effectivement c’est un restaurant Indien. Idem la salle de sport pourrait être plus variée en terme d équipements mais elle est belle et moderne .

Die Lage war für mich ideal. Ich konnte alles entweder sehr einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittelen erreichen, oder einfach zu Fuß.
Der Pool wäre schön gewesen, aber die vollkommen überzogenen Sicherheitsansprüche machen den Pool sinnlos. Schon bei den ersten Regentropfen wurde er geschlossen. Auch sonst hatte man den Eindruck, dass man ihn nicht benützen soll.
Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert.
I truly appreciate this hotel and its wonderful team. The service is excellent—staff are always polite, helpful, and very attentive to guest requests.
As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I was upgraded to a premium loft room, which was very spacious, clean, and had a nice view. The room comfort and overall experience were really impressive.
The location is also a big advantage, being close to Little India with plenty of Indian vegetarian food options nearby.
I have stayed at this hotel many times, and every stay has been consistently good. I would definitely recommend it to others.
The breakfast is also very good, with Indian dishes available, which is a great plus.
Overall, a very pleasant and reliable stay every time.
A really good city hotel
We recently stayed in a loft premium room for 1 night.
Check in was smooth and straightforward.
The room was good but too small for a family of four to have a comfortable long stay. However, I was aware of that hence I only stayed there for 1 night.
Breakfast was really nice. Clean hotel.
Overall, a really good stay though for a 4 star hotel in the Little India area.
Hotel is centrally located to restaurants and just above Farrer Park MRT station. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast has Indian options which were true to taste (not bland). Staff is courteous and vey helpful.

Very clean room and value for money. They specially arranged jain food for us in breakfast. ❤️
Location is quite easy to go, just in the hotel. Staff (Peta) is very good to explain their food n drink. Drink and food all good
