Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect, right in front of the sea with a lovely view.

What really made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. The hotel team provided us with everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place, a great location, and exceptional hospitality. We would happily stay here again!

The staff provided exceptional customer service and allowed us to have an amazing experience. Thank you!!!
Pros:

Everything about it. Breakfast variations were delicious and worth the price. So was the coffee.

The front desk staff provided a smooth and pleasant check-in. They were accommodating and gave us a warmth welcome upon our arrival. All staff members were polite throughout our stay and made us feel comfortable. We also loved the ocean view room and the cleaning crew kept the room detailed.

The activities were worth the price and the tour staff was incredibly friendly. The crew always kept us informed about what to expect and ensure everyone in the group had their photos taken.

Its location. Its located right infront of the sea. Enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

1. There is no staff to guide while one want to be there on the beach for swimming or sun bath 2. Reception area is worst. 3. They dont change bed sheets on daily basis which become uncomfortable 4. There is no one to guide or help you during the stay 5. A little overpriced

Amazing view from the room, staff was very courteous and polite, wifi was great, breakfast wwas really good with a touch of local dishes as well, and menu varied daily. Right on the beach

AC went out of order on our last night, however, the staff moved us to another room, and I was glad they were active about it.

Great views, amazing super helpful staff
Pros:

The room view was amazing. The staff was exceptional.

Cons:

There was a lot of construction noise that disturbed our sleep on both nights.

On another note, we embarked on the full-day excursion. The crew was absolutely fantastic, but the sheer number of 40 people meant that we had to endure a nearly three-hour wait at the nurse shark station for everybody to get their pictures in. We ended up getting sunburned while waiting. Ideally, we’d prefer a smaller group keeping in mind that we each paid $90.
