The beach was nice, buffet a lot of variety & delicious

I would give this place 0 stars if i could . The rooms were alright but what was terrible was the reception and the staff’s service. We had tours booked early morning on the two days of our stay and they made such a fuss about packing away our PAID breakfast for the trip on both days. Wanted to see sunset on the beach across but they did not allow to open up the readily available lounge chairs telling is no usage after sunset despite the fact that we could be easily fold it to be kept away. Turned out they had some tables set out for dinner at the same beach. Also a glass bottle fell and broke from the faulty fridge door. We had informed the reception earlier about it. Reception initially wanted to charge but did not after mentioning the reason. After checkout though, another receptionist on duty chased us all the way into our departing boat demanding 5 pathetic dollars for the bottle blackmailing the boat won’t move if we did not go to the reception and pay up. It was one minute left for departure. He mentioned nothing of it as we were checked out earlier and left upstairs to cater to another customer when we needed buggy services to get to the pier. They did NOT even provide any buggy services to and from the pier though we were carrying some heavy luggages. This is the crappiest stay in Maldives so far. We had previously stayed in a relatively cheaper guesthouse in Dharavandhoo and this so called resort’s service is nothing compared to the hospitality we had received over there. This resort and its poor service is the only negative take away from our entire stay on the island.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Kaani Grand Sea View Hotel for 4 days in May last week. The hotel is very located on the beach with easy access to all the restaurants, day excursion companies and dive tour operators. It is also nearby to the water sports center on the island. I would say it is at the best location on the island.

Hotel transfer services to and fro from Male airport is also reasonably prices and well-managed.

Rooms and clean and spacious and directly facing the ocean. Sea view balconies on higher floors offer best views of sunset on the island.

Breakfast is decent with required variety. Being a vegetarian they did prepared veg dishes for us, although have to inform them in advance.

They have an Indian restaurant Aveli which has both veg and non-vegetarian items on the menu. Through out our stay we had dinner at this restaurant only. Three girls were very warm, friendly and polite.

Overall, very satisfied with the services and room. I will definitely recommend.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido simplemente excelente de principio a fin. Desde el primer momento en que llegamos al puerto, el servicio destacó por su organización y atención al detalle, ya que nos recogieron sin ningún coste adicional, algo que se agradece muchísimo después del viaje.

Al llegar al hotel, nos recibieron con un delicioso cóctel sin alcohol, un gesto de bienvenida que nos hizo sentir cómodos y valorados desde el primer instante. La atención del personal durante el check-in fue muy profesional, amable y siempre con una sonrisa.

La habitación superó completamente nuestras expectativas. En nuestro caso, teníamos una habitación con vistas a la playa, amplia, moderna, muy cómoda y perfectamente equipada. Lo que más nos impresionó fue el nivel de limpieza y cuidado; todo estaba impecable en cada rincón. Además, el ambiente del hotel transmite tranquilidad y confort, ideal tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de las vacaciones.

Queremos destacar especialmente el trabajo del personal de limpieza, ya que cada día, después de regresar de nuestras excursiones, encontrábamos la habitación totalmente reluciente y perfectamente organizada. En especial, queremos agradecer a Asif, quien se encargaba de nuestra planta. Su trato fue excepcional durante toda nuestra estancia: siempre amable, atento, educado y dispuesto a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Personas como él marcan realmente la diferencia y hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial.

También queremos reconocer el excelente trabajo de todo el equipo del hotel. Desde recepción hasta el personal de servicio, todos demostraron profesionalidad, cercanía y un auténtico interés por hacer que los huéspedes se sintieran cómodos y bien atendidos.

Sin duda, ha sido una estancia inolvidable y una experiencia que recomendamos al 100 %. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran perfectas. Volveríamos encantados.
