Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

Staff were amazing - so attentive and friendly. I left my phone in a cab on arrival and Juan Carlos and Joy were incredible and helped me get it back, even going so far as hopping in a taxi for me to go meet up with the person who found it. Truly cannot be grateful enough!! The property was beautiful, stylish and clean - the rooftop pool was a particular highlight.

Pros:

Sehr schönes hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet, grossartige lage im stadtzentrum, suoer personal, sehr gute küche, cafe/restaurant auch im aussenbereich auf dem fussgängerplatz

Cons:

Mit auto sehr schwer erreichbar, keine parkmöglichkeit, kein valet service, öffentliche tiefgarage 6 gehminuten entfernt

A chilled but understated luxury city hideaway.
Pros:

Location excellent. Right in the old city but was an oasis of calm but also things going on. Could sit outside in the sun and watch the world go by but also a lovely bar/lobby and restaurant area.

Perfect location, superb staff, huge room for Europe!
Pros:

The room was so spacious and pleasant; the bathroom was beautiful and huge with 2 sinks. The tub/shower was very deep and a little bit awkward (fine, unless you have mobility issues.) And you can't beat the location- you can walk to everything. There was even music in the bar some evenings. But mostly the staff was amazing, especially Emma!

Cons:

Our only disappointment was that the food prices at the lovely restaurant were steep, so we ate elsewhere. (There are plenty of good choices, including next door.)

Fantastic location in the old centre of Palma. A very comfortable room with a luxurious bathroom. Very helpful staff. The private cinema was great

Add more night clerks and investigate noise complaints ASAP
Pros:

Good atmosphere and food aboveaverage

Cons:

Rom overlooked square which was lovely but no sleeping as clock tower chimed every hour. Also, drilling next door at 12 midnight which went on until my third call and visit to the front desk in my bathrobe for the only person on duty to investigate. If you are a single female staying alone I wouldn’t recommend

Pros:

Tágas nagy szoba, fürdőszoba.

Cons:

Távozáskor a recepció nem volt hajlandó taxit hívni, mondván, hogy le vannak zárva a környező utcák. Ez nem volt igaz, mert jártak autók a szálloda előtt, így gyalog kellett elmenni egy taxi állomásig böröndökkel, kb 15 perc gyaloglással. Nem létezik, hogy egy szállodához ne lehessen taxit hívni. Mi van, ha valaki nem tud ennyit gyalogolni? Miért nem jelzik a foglaláskor, hogy a szálloda nem lesz megközelíthető autóval? Akkor tudtunk volna másik szállodát választani.
