Wunderschönes Luxus Hotel
Pros:

Für mich das beste Hotel in Palma mit phantastischer Lage , sehr freundlichem Personal und super Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum. Lieben Dank an Emma für das wunderschöne Zimmer .

Ok, aber zu teuer für die Performance. Die Nachbarn können es besser
Pros:

Die Lage ist schön. Optisch ein schönes Hotel. Sehr gut war das Personal, wirklich klasse.

Cons:

Es ist zu teuer (Preis-Leistung passt nicht). Für den aufgerufenen Preis muss es perfekt sein. Wir waren in Zimmer 47. Insgesamt hat unsere Gruppe 7 Zimmer belegt. Jeden Morgen um etwa 9:30 Uhr stank es massiv in den Zimmern nach Abfluss.
Die Klimaanlagen liegen nicht zuverlässig. Es war wirklich stickig in den Zimmern (im April!). Duschwasser wurde nicht immer warm. Zimmerkarten funktionierten nicht zuverlässig.
Preise für Getränke viel zu teuer. Essen völlig überteuert.
Sind häufig in Palma, kennen auch die meisten Hotels gleicher Kategorie aus der Nachbarschaft, hier ist im Vergleich das Cappuccino leider nicht ganz oben dabei. Schade.

Cons:

Toilets are crazy. Two public toilets which you have to access by 2 lifts. The toilets are in the basement which is a long way from roof top pool area. Every body including visitors have to use these toilets by lifts. Hope the lifts are well maintained.

Great hotel in an amazing location - highly recommend!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was a great spot to people watch and enjoy a coffee or drink outside. I appreciated that some tables were reserved for hotel guests on the outdoor seating area. The food and drink was always great quality. The beds were extremely comfortable in the room and there was plenty of storage space for clothes. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We particularly loved the singer who comes to the hotel every Friday and Saturday evening!

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room was very temperamental. We also has to keep asking for bottles of water and milk to the room as housekeeping never left enough.

Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

Staff were amazing - so attentive and friendly. I left my phone in a cab on arrival and Juan Carlos and Joy were incredible and helped me get it back, even going so far as hopping in a taxi for me to go meet up with the person who found it. Truly cannot be grateful enough!! The property was beautiful, stylish and clean - the rooftop pool was a particular highlight.
