Exceptional value for money!
Pros:

Loved the free afternoon tea. Nice facilities overall. Very clean.

Cons:

It was overall a bit dark with dim lighting. This is fine most of the time but sometimes we needed strong lighting for certain tasks.

Lo staff è stato eccellente. Professionale, paziente, comprensivo. Sin dal momento della conferma, mi è stata assegnata una assistente personale che si è sempre dedicata, anche in orari non di lavoro (avevamo una differenza di orario Italia Cina di 7 ore). Inoltre, un grande regalo è stato incontrare un’altra impiegata dell’hotel, il suo nome è Doris, che parla un ottimo inglese e grazie. Lei ho potuto affrontare un grande problema, che lei ha saputo risolvere. Grazie Doris per la carineria e la professionalità.
Dovrebbero essere premiate risorse di questo tipo, perché possono rendere il nostro soggiorno un’esperienza positiva!

An outstanding hotel
Pros:

Everything was modern and clean. Outstanding value for money. I regularly stay in 5 star hotels but this place lacked nothing (except maybe an iron!). The staff had simple English but were incredibly helpful. I would particularly mention staff member Doris, who was superb.

Hôtel bien situé à quelques mn à pied de la Bell Tower et du quartier musulman très animé. Chambre très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Doris qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.

Good for foreigners. Accomodative staff, clean, convenient
Pros:

Very conveniently located in the center of the city, with clean and spacious rooms and an attentive housekeeping staff. The buffet breakfast also had many options, both Chinese and continental.

As an English-speaking traveler, I felt very welcomed by the staff. They were accommodative and attentive to our requests, offering us a lovely map for the city and attractions, recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat, and helped us arrange a few activities including the lovely Tang Dynasty Theatre experience.

Upon leaving, we were also presented with a lovely parting goodie bag by Doris who was extremely kind and gifted that to us of her own voilition. The gesture was very appreciated and well received!

When I return to Xi’an, I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Great value for money in the heart of Xi’an
Pros:

We really appreciated the great laundry facilities, friendly staffs and overall calmness of the hotel.

Cons:

While we stayed on a non-smoking floor, we saw used cigarettes, guest smoking, and smelt the smoke on both days of our stay.
