Comfortable Stay and Eastern House Hotel Xian
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, 10-15 min walk to Bell tower, Drum tower and local markets. Rooms are good size, comfortable beds, and plenty of complimentary water provided. Staff are helpful at check-in desk too. Complimentary laundry service is also provided.

Cons:

My only negative would be breakfast, this could be better and an improvement is required for western diet.

Location to Muslim quarter.
Pros:

Location was great, we managed to walk to the city wall, Muslim quarter, drum tower and bell towers. Easy pickup point for tour excursions. Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Bonus afternoon tea and warm soup after late evening returns

Good choice for 2 nights in Xi'an
Pros:

The hotel has a good location , centrally located near the city walls and the muslim quarter , whit shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good and plentiful.
We had a family room , but it wasn't very funcional , the beds were comfortable , and clean .

Cons:

After a long day of sightseeing in the city , we wanted to have dinner at the hotel , but the restaurant was close at 20:00 hrs .

Pros:

Very central location, yet feel like a local neighborhood where you can enjoy the local stuff. Nice gesture of serving free tea/coffee and snacks everyday, and hot dessert at night.

Cons:

Hotel could be a bit brighter, entrance foyer feels gloomy. Gym is a bit small.

Colazione e stanza ottime. Assicurarsi dell'uscita corretta dalla metro per raggiungere l'hotel onde evitare di allungare il percorso di molto.

Superior Comfort: The hotel is spotless with very comfy beds, ensuring a great rest after exploring.

Fabulous Dining Perks: The hotel breakfast is fabulous. They also provide a complimentary tea break and even a hot supper soup for residents—a thoughtful touch that beats many 5-star chains.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel seems to target independent international travelers rather than large tour groups. There is no dedicated pick-up or drop-off point for large buses, which might be a challenge if you are traveling in a very large group requiring coach access.
