Mein Aufenthalt im Eastern House Hotel war einfach super ! 👍
Das Hotel ist modern, super sauber und perfekt gelegen.
Die Zimmer sind wirklich besonders schön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und ideal zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: riesige Auswahl mit vielen leckeren Optionen, da ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Doris , sie war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal was ich gebraucht habe, sie hat sofort weitergeholfen.

Ίσως θα μπορούσε το πρωινό και το dinner να έχει λίγες περισσότερες επιλογές.
Νομίζω ότι στο google maps δεν βγάζει το ξενοδοχείο ακριβώς στην ίδια τοποθεσία.

Ubicación inmejorable dentro la zona de la muralla y a pocos minutos del centro con los mercados callejeros. La hora del té por la tarde y el desayuno muy completo y bastante variado. Lavandería gratis con lavadora, secadora y plancha de vapor muy conveniente.

Amazing experience
Pros:

A very good hotel overall. It is not brand new, but everything is in very good condition. The rooms are comfortable and well thought out, with tea, coffee, drinking water, a kettle, and a mini fridge provided.

The location is excellent—no more than a 10-minute walk to the metro. There are many good cafés nearby, and getting to the airport by Didi taxi is both convenient and reasonably priced.

The room is cleaned daily and kept very clean with no issues at all. Breakfast starts at 06:30 and offers a huge variety. Over five days, we were still trying new things—good coffee, soups, eggs, pastries, fruit, meat, and more. It is very hard to leave here hungry or dissatisfied.

We used the laundry service once; detergent is even provided free of charge. However, drying clothes takes about an hour and a half, so this is something to keep in mind as it is not always very quick or convenient. Still, the machines are good and everything is well organized.

There were no unpleasant smells in the room. It was warm, comfortable, and quiet, which we did not particularly expect but really appreciated—we slept very well.

Many thanks to the entire hotel team. Starting and ending the day in such a place was a real pleasure and added to the comfort of the trip. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we ever return to beautiful Xi’an ❤️

Awesome
Pros:

Fabulous location, close to metro, restaurants and iconic sites. Room modern, clean and comfortable. Loved the free laundry facilities and afternoon tea. Breakfast was great. They arranged a shuttle to the airport for me which was good value and convenient.

Cons:

Hotel difficult to find for first time. They should advise Chinese name so you can find it on Maps and have better signage on the outside of the building.

I will highly recommend to stay here.
Pros:

Staffs are extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Daily House keeping was excellent, making the stay comfortable. Free afternoon tea is a bonus. Location is great, i can see the drum towers from my hotel room, it was an easy 600+ metres walk from hotel to drum tower/muslim quarters.

Cons:

Nothing. Though i wish the free desserts in the evening can be more flavorful, but its free so i shall not complain.

Super great location! And super design!
Pros:

We booked a giant suite (ca 100m2) it was great and beautiful. Super helpful staff and outstanding breakfast!

Our kids found that the suite was too big! I guess this is not really a criticism!
