Extraordinaire !!! 10 sur 10
Pros:

L'ensemble du personnel et l'établissement sont extraordinaire.
Nous avons passé un super séjour.
Nous étions en demi pension. Le petit-déjeuner et le repas du soir étaient très bons.
La chambre était faite tous les jours et tout était très propre

Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

Top Hotel mit guter Preis/Leistung/Lage besonders für Familien.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es wurde täglich von dem Personal gereinigt und in Ordnung gebracht absolut zufriedenstellend! Auch gab es kostenloses WLAN sowie kostenlose Parkplätze und Fahrräder die man ausleihen konnte. Die Damen am Empfang sowie die Servicekräfte waren super freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Auch war die Lage top einmal um das Hotel herum war man bereits in der Einkaufsmeile und circa 2-3 geh Minuten schon am Strand/Meer. Klasse! Die Speisen Auswahl beim Abendessen konnte täglich für den Folgetag selbst ausgewählt werden. Dies war sehr gut und einfach geregelt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten verbessern dann wäre es eine 10/10. Preis Leistung sowie Lage ist hier sehr gut !

Cons:

Leider hat sich unser Sohn am Kinderrad verletzt, sodass wir ins örtliche Krankenhaus zum nähen fahren mussten und der Urlaub für uns und vor allem ihm nur noch eingeschränkt stattfinden konnte. Kein Wasser kein Sand etc. Nach ansprechen der Situation beim Chef hätte ich zumindest erwartet, dass das Rad bzw. der scharfkantige Ständer in Ordnung Gebracht wird. Gemacht wurde nix…Der Chef war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend nach Ansprache des „Unfalles“ war er das gefühlt nicht mehr wir hatten das Gefühl von unerwünscht wenn wir auf ihn trafen. ob dies mit uns und dem „Vorfall“ zutun hatte oder wir uns das nur eingebildet haben, kann ich aber nicht sagen. Die tägliche Speisenauswahl im Bereich „Hauptgang“ war in der Zeit in der wir vor Ort waren nicht für Kinder geeignet. Meiner Meinung nach wäre hier „weniger edel ist mehr“ die Art für Familien. Einfachere italienische / europäische Küche wäre hier angebrachter als edel angerichtete Gänge. Dies betrifft wie gesagt die Kinder / Familien. Die „Vorspeisen“ sowie „Dessert“ waren aber auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Am Tag des Ferragosto gab es ein besonderes Menü hier wurden wir als einzigste mit einem Gang vergessen haben jedoch nichts gesagt. Auch wurde an einem Tag vergessen das Toilettenpapier was vollständig leer war aufzufüllen. Da haben wir einfach selbst an der Rezeption gefragt. Am Tag der Ankunft hatten wir zunächst ein ein Doppelstockbett anstatt zwei Einzelbetten aber dies wurde sofort und problemlos umgebaut und war somit in Ordnung.

Sniadanie jak na włoskie warunki to super . Brakowało mi tylko warzyw . Przystanek przy samym hotelu z którego dojedziesz do promu . Personel bardzo miły .

Łóżko małżeńskie w moim pokoju składało się z dwóch wygodnych materacy ale osobiście wolę mieć jeden materac .
