Great hotel and staff
Pros:

I would definitely recommend this great hotel : awesome location, close to the beach and walking distance to anything of importance in the area, very clean, luxurious and the staff in particular Carra and Sony were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out with booking rescheduling and we're very understanding. They even organized a free car to the airport. Will be back

Czysty i duży pokój. Dobra lokalizacja. Ładny widok z okna.

Cons:

Kiepskie śniadanie (mało opcji europejskich, a także np. sajgonek).
Hałas z ulicy. Brzydki zapach w pokoju.
Brak podjazdu do recepcji i konieczność dźwigania walizek.
Ciemna łazienka.

Very un-professional staff. During checkin they said the stuff on the table are complimentary and the stuff inside the refrigerator is paid, but during checkout they took money for the stuff on the table too.

A great hotel
Pros:

After an initial technical fault and my three day booking was no longer free on the first day, the very wonderful Ms. Giang (I hope I’m spelling that right!), in sales, helped to find me a replacement hotel which was also excellent. Once I did stay at white sand boutique it was fantastic: the bed was extremely comfortable, the room felt luxurious and the staff were kind, friendly and very helpful.

There was nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Good breakfast with enough variety, nice and warm swimming pool, friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the beach and provides the beach towels

Cons:

Gym area needs maintenance + it’s almost impossible to use elevators for ~2 hours during the housekeeping time since the elevators are small and it’s impossible to fit into them when there’s a carriage inside
