Pros:

Quality serviced apartment with outstanding customer service. The hotel was very clean, high quality fixtures and fittings in all areas. Located in a very quiet yet wealthy suburb of Singapore within easy reach of Orchard Road, the MRT and bus routes.

Cons:

If only on a stopover then too far away from the airport unless prepared to travel on MRT or pay expensive taxi fares.

The restaurant needs an upgrade for sure.
Pros:

The big and spacious rooms with 2 double beds.

Cons:

The restaurant is outdated and the meal options limited. Also when we arrived there was no one to help us with luggage until a bit later on after we had struggled to carry some luggage up the steps. Also it’s far a bit so not easy to get taxis(the first day a taxi canceled on us with no explanation). We didn’t check out other amenities so not sure about the pool or gym.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are very willing to assist. The male staff member (whose name I forgot) went out of his way to accompany us to the shortcut to the bus stop.
