there isn't any, because I was forbidden to stay overnight even though I had already paid, this is the same as fraud
They said the price was wrong, my money was never returned, and I was not allowed to stay even though I had paid, the hotel did not take any responsibility and booking.com did not return my money even though there was proof.
We left after 20 minutes
The bedding was dirty, the towels were hard. No toilet paper. The room was bare and not very clean.

the location is near everything
There was a used towel hanged in the bathroom. No shower kits. No complimentary water. It was just basically the room and towels what they had to offer .
Location was near where we needed to be. There was plenty of food and convenience stores.
The hotel was being renovated. As per the rules stated, I warned the hotel that I'd be arriving late. The staff were still caught unawares and they gave the room I booked to someone else. Thye tried to get me to pay more for another room instead. I had to insist that I wasn't in the wrong and used the booking.com app to show the messages.

I was given a new room and found that the Cable TV wasn't working, WiFi was terrible and barley worked for 1hour a day.
When taking a shower the bathroom always flooded and then I needed to spend time cleaning and sweeping the water to the drain because the drain was higher and the water went towards the door instead of the drain. Only 1 person spoke English.
I was changed to another room after complaining and given a much smaller room with a single bed.
I won't be returning to this place again.
Very good and accessible to places we want to go!
