Excel Hotel Bangkok

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and we were surprised to find a room so well arranged and so clean. The staff was very polite and was always here in case we needed something. Highly recommend.

I would say staff were soo helpful and everything else was perfect. I would recommend to ask for renovated room.
Place has garden, coffee shop, loundry, massage room. Also very good location.

This place is perfect for sightseeing, there’s a lot of restaurants nearby and rooms are specious. Definitely coming back.

We were actually quite satisfied until checkout.
At checkout, 200 Baht were deducted from our deposit.
They showed us black marks on the sheet.
I noticed these black marks this morning and I know 100% that they are not ours.
We hadn't put anything on the bed, we never wore shoes in the bed, and we're not that dirty.
Furthermore, the entire hotel is currently being renovated and the stairwell is really dirty; it's almost laughable that they deduct money from your deposit.
It's not about those 200 baht. It's simply outrageous, and if they're offering the room too cheaply, then they should just make it a little more expensive and not rip off the guests.
I am not a tourist and live here in Thailand, and I ask the manager to refrain from writing a stupid, meaningless, and lying answer in it.

Prime location, fast Wi-Fi, large room🥰 highly recommended! The staff was super helpful in recommending local spots to visit.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location. We can walk from the hotel to Grand Palace, National museum and several temples in the area. There are lots of local restaurants, very yummy and inexpensive.

The room is very big. We can stay comfortably in as a group of four. The Internet is very strong. The staff are friendly. We are quite happy with our stay.

10/10 perfect for what we wanted. Staff are friendly, room was clean, water and toiletries given each day.

Ideale Lage um die Altstadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Auch die "Old Siam" Mall und die Sam Yot Station der MRT sind prima erreichbar.

Good property for the money and good location

Very nice place. We stayed 2 nights in a room with balcony. Room was clean, wifi, fridge and AC working properly. Close to the metro and some must see places.

A really good choice for those who want to explore Bangkok and do day trips. It is within 30 minutes walking distance to a range of key tourist attractions and importantly Khao San Road with it's eating places and day trip options is only 15 min walking. The hotel is located in a quiet road despite all of this allowing peaceful sleeping. The rooms were very clean and WiFi was super fast. Further more we received a bottle of water per person for every day that we stayed which was an added touch. The hotel's decor may not be top notch but for the location and convenience you are getting good value.

Sauber und zuvorkommendes Personal.Jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser gratis,dazu reichlich Seife und Shampoo Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und ein eigens Bad mit Dusche ist bei diiesem günstigen Preis auch nicht selbstverständlich. Jederzeit wieder.

Place is horrible. It is very hard to find and far from everything. Room smells like sewage and sweat when I checked in. WiFi does not work AT ALL. It is impossible to work or get anything done here. Ac does not work and it gets unbearably hot! Also, it is very dirty. I made a mistake by booking here.

Fine experience, you get what you expect. Bed had weird stains and the shower head holder was broken, but it worked fine.

Amazing experience here! The style of the rooms are just so welcoming and beautiful, and the cats are absolutely adorable! The smoking is a plus but honestly this hotel is perfect and its tough to say goodbye
