Might be the worst property I have ever walked into in the state of Florida.

Cons:

1. Recepción:
Solo atiende una persona y se encarga de todo el hotel. Le solicité ayuda a mi llega porque no funcionaba la señal de la televisión y no servía el telefono a lo que me dijo de manera muy desposta y burlandose que el teléfono no sirve y que a la tele le desconecte unos cables. (Tampoco sirvió y nunca subió a resolverl).
2. Limpieza: todo el hotel estaba sucio, las alfombras manchadas, los corredores apestan a comida y encuentras residuos de comida o empaques tirados en los corredores.
3. La habitación no es lo que está publicado en fotos.
Los muebles de la habitación estaban muy viejos y dañados, la ducha manchada el piso de gris como si estuviera mojado con agua sucia.
La refrigeradora ni si quiera se podía abrir y tenía un ruido muy fuerte como si se desarmara cada 10 minutos más o menos.
La habitación tenía olor de ser una habitación de fumadores ha pesar de que indicaba que iba un espacio libre de humo.
En la madrugada me desperté por la bulla de los huéspedes, me percaté en ese momento también que alguien muy cerca estaba fumando marihuana porque en el corredor se sentía el olor y al querer recostarme otra vez encontré una cucaracha en la almohada en la que dormía.
Me fui del hotel en la madrugada porque no me sentía segura por la falta de personal para que controle temas como el drogarse dentro de las habitaciones y por el tipo de personas que estaban hospedadas.
He realizado mi reclamo por correo para la devolución de mi dinero por abuso al cliente, ofreciendo cosas que el hotel no entrega, tanto a booking, como al hotel directamente pero voy 72 horas esperando una respuesta y no me la han dado.
