والخدمه الممتازه المقدمه وجميع موظفو الاستقبال اللذين تعاملت معهم في قمة اللطافه والذوق
واشكر كل الشكر الاستاذ سهم الغامدي ع حسن استقباله وحفاوة الترحيب التي قدمها الله يجزاه كل خير ويكثر من امثاله
وكذلك الاستاذ سلطان والاستاذ عبدالله العوفي
واتوقع ان باقي موظفي الاستقبال ع نفس النهج فيما لو تعاملت معهم

It’s was a joke, I’am Woking in tourism industry, I chose this hotel because I wanted a luxury hotel, but this hotel is far from RITZ standard, it’s a 3*, the staff are very rude and insulting.
I d’ont recommande this hotel at all , I want a full refund for this experience and wrong advertising, it doesn’t deserve to be a 5*

Everything was perfect. The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and the ambiance felt royal and elegant. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very clean.
