Five stars on paper, 3.5 in reality

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Sisli twice. During my first stay, the bathroom door could not close, and despite reporting it immediately, I had to wait two nights before being moved.

I returned only because my second booking was prepaid and non-refundable.

As a regular Radisson Blu guest, I expected much better. The service and overall standard simply do not match a five-star hotel. 3.5 stars at best.

الموظفين التعامل سيء جدا وتطلب الخدمة ولا تجدها والشاشات لاتعمل وكل ماصلحوها تخرب والتلفون مايردون عليك الا بعد 3 او 4 اتصالات والخدمة سيئة والاطلالة حاطين شبك على الشباك ولا يفتح كامل
