I will not recommend it or stay there again.
Pros:

There is no swimming pool, and guests are not permitted to sit in the lobby to enjoy coffee. I requested room cleaning once in two different days, they later skipped my room, claiming they had already passed by while I was asleep. On another occasion, I parked my car with valet service, but no staff were available to assist. Beds not comfortable.

We felt home.
Pros:

I liked very much the quality of service and the kindness of the people. The breakfast was great, rich with quality and variety of food. People at the restaurant during breakfast were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé deux chambres pour deux adultes et un enfant chacune. À notre arrivée, les chambres étaient prévues uniquement pour deux personnes, sans aucun lit supplémentaire pour les enfants.

Malgré plusieurs réclamations à la réception (au moins trois fois), aucune solution réelle n’a été apportée. La seule “solution” proposée a été de mettre deux couvertures par terre, ce qui est totalement inacceptable, surtout pour un hôtel censé offrir un certain standing.

Nous avons même quitté notre hôtel à La Mecque pour venir à Djeddah spécialement afin que nos enfants puissent se reposer avant un vol très tôt, mais malheureusement, ils n’ont pas pu dormir. Il était presque 2h du matin et ils étaient toujours éveillés, ce qui signifie qu’ils n’ont eu que 3 heures de sommeil avant de repartir à 6h.

Cette situation a causé un énorme inconfort, du stress et une vraie fatigue pour toute la famille, en particulier pour les enfants.

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel en raison du manque total de professionnalisme et du non-respect des conditions de réservation.
