The front desk staff was superior; all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I lived here for 3 years. The building has so many flaws that it takes away from the amazing views it offers. First is management and staff, they have such a high turnaround that most people don’t last longer than 6 months here. So it’s a constant wave of new faces from the front desk to management. Second is its failure to upkeep the building basic areas. The main doors that lead to walnut street the are always broken and have never been repaired. The assisted opener for handicap has never worked. They swing open and slam around with the slightest wind. The golf simulator never worked properly and would overheat and shutoff all the times you try to use it. The garbage shute was broken for all 3 years and probably longer. Garbage rooms would fill and smell terrible and seep out to the hallways. Then the apartments themselves the light switches don’t all work, they have no central lighting in all rooms so you literally have dark rooms that have no lights. They have mold in there fans in the bathroom that they ignore. The ceiling would crack and they would just paint over it rather then fix the problem. Then when you finally leave they try to rob your security by charging “cleaning fees” for normal wear and tear. And try to claim you need to clean the air filter for the dryer (not the lint collector). Then for there parking that they recommend the only way to access is to walk past the smoking section of the business side, so makes it impossible to get to your car without being exposed to second hand smoke.

As for those staying in the hotel side. This place has no area to park your car and unload your car. No guaranteed parking in the parking deck, and no in/out access or valet option. The pool area is often booked for private events and limits your access. No guaranteed bell hop cars and no one to help you bring up your luggage. No on site vending machine and the restaurant attached is closed several days of the week for different meal times. Would reconsider staying here and finding somewhere with more hotel friendly accessible options.

Clean, comfortable, and great location

Sanaa made me feel very welcomed when I arrived and was very helpful. She made me feel comfortable in a place that I had never been before. It is a very beautiful, clean, and comfortable experience. The staff members were very kind.

Sanaa was extremely kind and helpful my entire trip. I had an issue with my room and she helped me resolve it immediately.

This was a last minute birthday stay for me. Only God made this hotel appear on my phone as I prayed about where to go and what to do , so I asked God lol! Boy was my mind blown. The pictures did it no justice though beautiful and initially intriguing. What I witnessed was the most elite hotel experience I have ever had. The views alone in every part of the hotel were to say the least breathtaking beautiful. I cried from the shear beauty of it all . The penthouse I had on the top floor felt like I was comfortable and arriving at home ( I wish !!!) lol It had every amenitie and the decor was very modern top of the line and well planned and thought out. Now detail was left out and no expense was spared. They did not cut corners in any part every detail was luxury I do not say that lightly. To the softest pillows , bed, and blankets no hard wool or stiff anything. The robe in the closet waiting. Waters in the fridge . Even the containers for the guest shampoo, body wash , conditioner were big nice bottles. Elite Luxury. The treatment from the staff , the manager , every worker gave Unlimited Again Elite service. I asked questions , I got help and recommendations they were always kind and accommodating to me and all the guests and residents . Everyone who entered or left was smiling with a complete happiness and was I . I went a little wired returned on fire with energy. I utilized the pool , gym ( awesome) lounge , but they also have golf a conference room , spa, a theater !!!! You need a week or more here to really explore. I never made it into the city though it’s been years since I lived in Pa . Everything is convenient that a traveling person would want to experience . The hotel affords so many pleasures I doubt you go outside like me everything was right there. I spent some time with Ms Rhianna ( Manager) Ms Quinn( Reception) And Mr Lennel (Doorman) The Regional vice president Mr Evan O’ Donnell also spared what I know was valuable time discussing the hotel and helping with my booking. Seeing the leadership of this company and the people who run it are honorable, genuine people who work with care and integrity shows why this building is running at this top levels. Mr O’ Donnell seemed very detail oriented checking very meticulously over the smallest things. It was interesting my shower had no shelf ! I informed him he was engaging and forthcoming with this being a rare anomaly lol ( only me) but seemed very intent on inspecting and ratifying it. Again I assume he’s very busy so taking the time he did to talk to me, and listen, assist his staff seamlessly while managing so many many others tasks speaks to his character . He also demonstrated a good example for the staff as a leader. I Thank God for leading me too and providing this experience and I’m thankful for the time spend here it was exactly what I personally pray for a refuge this was the best birthday surprise I didn’t know I needed. I suggest booking least a week you will not want to leave.

Everything was elite!! From the staff , The decor, aesthetically pleasing , relaxing , and had anything you could want or need available with people ready to help. It was also pristinely clean .

Property was clean, big for family of 4. Amenities like gym and pool were stunning

The staff was amazing and the amenities were great. Sanaa made our check-in and check-out experience so easy and was such a pleasant face to see during our two-week stay. David was so friendly and helped book all of our amenities. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I just met the best person in Philadelphia. Rihanna made me and my whole family’s trip. She went truly above and beyond. I had a horrible day and she made it way better

The room was spacious, with a kitchen, and had amazing floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view.
