location
The deadbolt on my room was not working.
Clean and new and walkable to Thunder game
Bathroom slider door so close to bed-- no privacy for someone going to bathroom and light would shine through the door during night to wake up those sleeping in bed. Such a strange choice for a bathroom door like that.
Staff was friendly, typical breakfast with a lot of options.
Valet parking only and $22 per day, which was not disclosed. First room had a broken toilet and no security latch on the door. The second room had stained carpet and an air conditioner that sounded like a broken chainsaw.
Nice
Nice
My main complaint was having to valet park even if you are a guest of the hotel. I get the area is mostly valet, but guests should not have to pay for this in my opinion. Other than that this hotel is excellent.
AJ and the staff were amazing. When we pulled up a short lady helped us Sunday Dec 21 around 345pm and she was amazing. I appreciate the kindness, the truth on parking, and respect for my family and I.
The valet part and no other parking being available is ridiculous. This was the only issue for us. It was nice to have valet, however, being the only resource of parking is not good. Allow people to self park themselves in the same lot or build a other lot then charge cheaper for those that self park and regular price for those that actually use valet.
It was across the street from the concert venue
Room smelled like body odor, shower leaked and didn’t close, had to pay for valet even though the parking lot was next to the hotel, extremely loud because of the venue and street, not the safest location.
Valet was amazing (Cameron, De)— but the surprise for $22/day was interesting. Room was mid. Shower leaked on the floor. AC was musty. Sounded like we were parked in the middle of a NASCAR track—traffic noise was very loud. Mini fridge froze everything. Had an allergic reaction to something in the bed (detergent?). Sink was clogged. Walk-a-bility was great but there were a lot of homeless people around (wouldn’t walk at night). Breakfast was average.
The staff was wonderful. Valet was a treat. We ordered our car from the room and it was always pulling up when we got to the door. The breakfast was delicious with several options and suggestions. The woman working breakfast was very kind and accommodating. The noon checkout was easy.
