I loved Montreal, beautiful city but my hotel was nothing good to write home about.
Pros:

It was terrible. It was the worst breakfast. No eggs, no pancakes, no sausages. very very very very limited. It was really bad. The pictures were false.

Cons:

Everything, dark rooms. Yes, it's old, but it can be better. The elevator was a joke. The washrooms close to the dining room for breakfast were an eyesore. It was a terrible hotel experience for us.

Unfortunately the AC was broken. The breakfast was not restocked and all carbs (toast, cereal, muffins, sugar and other sweet things)... no proteins.

Le hall d'entrer était propre.

Cons:

Je me suis fait volé une clée usb de chimera tool. Je me suis fait saisir 150$ parce que les draps était sal, et par la suite elle a dit que c'était sal!!! En plus de cela elle ma charger le double du prix pour le dépot, elle croyais clairement que je n'avait pas l'argent car lorsque je lui est remis elle était frustré. J'ai été obligé de changer de chambre 3 fois en 6 jours. Le dépot elle a tenté de le garder au complet. Extremement arrogante et une vrai fraudeuse

J'aurais aimé avoir un bol et des ustensiles pour monter a ma chambre en fin de soirée et ce fut refusé car le réceptionniste n'avais pas de clé
L'ascenseur fait peur
La machine à café allait mal et j'ai dû la brancher moi-même ailleurs dans la pièce
Manque de serviettes et de support a savon dans la douche

Cons:

Property was ok ok looks totally different from pictures. Elevator was horrible seems like made 1920s and seemed very unsafe.

Day 1 whole floor was broken and wasn’t working and at midnight staff was very disrespectful and blackmailing customers to cancel booking at 1 am and asking them to find other place without any compensation.

Parking extremely expensive 51$ compared to property and service provided by staff.

Die Laken waren schmutzig, neue wurden nach Stunden einfach abgegeben. Den Wechsel musste ich selbst bewerkstelligen. Ein Stuhl (der einzige) war zerrissen, ein vorhandener Sessel völlig verdreckt und fleckig. Die Fenster völlig versifft. Parkmöglichkeit überteuert und sehr, sehr eng! Das Frühstück war den Namen kaum Wert. Ein völlig chaotischer Frühstücksraum und zu geringes Angebot.

Staff treated us as if we did not exist. The elevator was very "jerky". We had to keep our knees bent to absorb the impact as the elevator moved and stopped. Bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, queen bed had to lend sofa bed sheets. Trash was not taken out. Beds were made daily. Problem with that was the Do No Disturb placard was placed on door handle, but cleaning staff still entered twice.
