Decadent i brut.
The staff was willing and helpful
The bed was not very comfortable
The location truly could not have been better. Close to the bus, Berri UQAM Subway station, BIXI bikes, entertainment and restaurants.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
You could leave your luggage onsite after you checked out, which was helpful as our bus out of the City came later that afternoon.
Overall the pro's outweighed the cons, especially as we were only there to sleep.
The free breakfast was terrible. No protein options. Heavy on carb loading.
Pancakes, Toast, Bagels, Cereal, Juice, Coffee, sometimes muffins and oranges/clementines if you were lucky.
I was disappointed and would have opted out for a cheaper nightly fee as I was still buying breakfast out of the hotel.
The beds were absolutely terrible, especially the pull out couch one.
No sheets were provided for the pull out mattress.

Supervisor Ms. Hala, was very impolite. To destroy, Booking.com's reputation this is very effective among your selection. There was a booking issue, I had called Booking.Com and they advised that the property can resolve it. Ms. Hala said only Booking.Com can resolve; therefore, I was left totally helpless as to where to go and ask for help.
I think the property was not truthful as far as your contract was with the property.
I also feel that guest should have access to your contract with the property where the guest stays. I would like to seek your legal position on this matter. There is no other way to know the matter of facts in the situation I had suffered.
I apprehend a wide range of your guest could be silently suffering in the hands of property supervisors like Ms. Hala and therefore, there is a possibility that sustainable grounds exist for a class-action litigation against Booking.Com. The guest also require access to property's policies in addition to the referred contract. A guest cannot be verbally retorted by statements from likes of Ms. Hala that it is "our hotel's policy".

Avevo prenotato per 3 persone, doveva esserci un letto matrimoniale ed un DIVANO LETTO, invece c'era solo un classico divano, dopo avere spiegato il problema è stato risolto con un letto aggiuntivo che però mi sono dovuto preparare da solo ?!
The location, the facility the cleanliness.
The breakfast area need to improve, as the quality of the breakfast.
everytime i go downsouth i always booked this hotel coz i liked the location , its accessible and convenient for everything especially its walking distanced to the metro.
they should put water bottle in the room as a complimentary for all thier guest even just in the first day untill they get settle. They should upgrade the breakfast as well. Their cleaning lady should be attentive at their job, 2 days i did not ask to clean our room then the 3rd day i asked for it and i put signed outside the door as well but no one come and make it. I addressed to one of the staff however its look like she get upset when i told her, dont be a receptionist or customer service if you could not handle facing your guest concern. i was so frustrated.
