Online photos are nothing like real life!

Room was not clean - only basic clean
Bathroom smelt awful on arrival so needed to change rooms. Staff were very helpful to relocate.

Wouldn't Recommend it
Pros:

The location is ok and the lobby looks good. But I can't say the same for the rooms.

Cons:

The place is not clean and it has only one lift that is small and faulty i didn't feel safe using it jerks each time it moves and when it opens there is a gap between the lift and floor making it easy to trip and fall if you're not careful. Parking is limited and you pay extra $30 per night which is ridiculous expensive.

C’était passable.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner le matin était bien, la chambre était grand aussi.

Cons:

Dans les photos j’ai vu un jacuzzi, j’ai payé pour une chambre avec jacuzzi. Une fois là-bas cela ne marchait pas je suis allée voir un membre du personne qui me dit que cela fait trois ans que les jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres, à aucun moment on l’a dit sur le site.
Une fois sur place pour payer, j’ai appris qu’il me fallait geler un montant sur ma carte de crédit sinon j’aurai pas accès à la chambre cet information j’aurais aimé le savoir avant aussi.
Et il faisait très froid dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas moyen d’augmenter le chauffage. La chambre restait à 18•, on gelait.

Pros:

Hotel was quiet which help for a good night sleep room was good

Cons:

Breakfast area could use some upgrade and cleaning did not like how we had no where to put garbage
Basement bathroom disgusting dirty smelled and no toilet paper 😞

The location was ok

Cons:

The star rating on Booking is misleading. The hotel does not match the quality expected — travelers should be cautious when booking.The room was very old, toilet holder broken, and the sink was unacceptable for a so-called King Suite. Even motels have better bathrooms than this hotel. On top of that, the security deposit is unreasonably high. Misleading star rating — not worth it.
