Cons:

Being charged for a late check out is fine however, they were unable to tell me why I was charged additional money on top of that. I asked to speak with the manager to clarify and the manager never got back to me.

Decent stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

No soap in the bathroom to wash hands with. Had to go to front desk to ask for soap to wash hands with that housekeeping still did not bring, went back later and front desk was kind enough to give me some. Also, shower gel was empty.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely fantastic

Cons:

Most of the room lights didn’t work (only two lamps worked). Fridge buzzed all night, had to sleep with the tv on. I’m glad it was only one night because I would’ve asked for change of rooms if I had to stay longer.
