Exceptional Service From Brandon!
Pros:

I’m currently staying at Hyatt House RDU, and I wanted to recognize Brandon for making such a great first impression. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. I asked about room availability and upgrade options, and he took the time to look into everything for me without making me feel rushed.

I was more than willing to wait for my room to become available, and Brandon ultimately surprised me with an amazing complimentary room upgrade. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful way to start my vacation.

While I’m still early in my stay, I can definitely say that Brandon’s customer service made my check-in experience memorable. He made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you, Brandon, for going above and beyond and starting my stay on such a great note!

Our Staycation Usual!
Pros:

This hotel met all of our needs...indoor pool, daily breakfast, and preferred room option. The staff is always personable and knowledgeable. I LOVE the spray they use throughout the hotel, makes it more homey and the scent just invites you in. The hotel is conveniently located to many places to shop, eat, and have fun.

Cons:

The only thing I could say is the sausage patties were really overcooked and rubbery. Everything else was great!

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff friendly,
First room smelled like a dog. Sofa stained and worn, ac not working! Staff nicely moved me to the next room sofa still worn stained. Bathroom door was a pocket door hard to open and close.

Cons:

Condition of rooms could be better. Need paint new carpet and living room furniture. Please have NON animal rooms.

Kind conversation and great cocktails!

I can’t say enough great things about Sandra at the Hyatt House! From the moment I sat down at the bar, she made the entire experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. She made me an absolutely fantastic Old Fashioned—easily one of the best I’ve had—but what really made the night memorable was the conversation.

Sandra is one of those people who genuinely enjoys talking with her guests and makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. She’s warm, funny, personable, and incredibly easy to talk to. We had such a great conversation that I ended up enjoying my time at the bar far more than I ever expected.

Great hospitality isn’t just about making a good drink or providing good service—it’s about making people feel welcome, and Sandra absolutely does that. She brings personality and genuine hospitality to the Hyatt House bar and is a huge asset to the hotel.

If you’re staying at the Hyatt House, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar. Order an Old Fashioned, pull up a seat, and have a conversation with Sandra. You won’t regret it. Amazing drink, wonderful conversation, and an all-around great experience. Thank you, Sandra, for making an ordinary evening a memorable one!

A surprisingly comfortable overnight.
Pros:

Needed an overnight hotel next to RDU and the Hyatt House looked good online. Upon arrival, the hotel exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and useful design of the room (kitchenette, living area, bedroom and bath) Morning buffet was above average and coffee was delicious. The lobby area was comfortable and convenient for breakfast. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and would stay at another Hyatt House again without reservation.
