Excellent staff
Pros:

Great location not far from Duke, with great atmosphere and service. All of the staff was top shelf, especially Sandra at the bar. The food was very good, as well.

Pros:

Welcoming team during check in, Lauren and Brandon helped us with an early check in after a long, early flight. Spacious, clean rooms and comfortable bed made for an excellent stay.
In the evening, we enjoyed some snacks and drinks from the bar, and Sandra was very hospitable, attentive and friendly.
Good facilities, including the gym and plenty of parking.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very quick check in, staff was very friendly and answered all questions. The room was big, very comfortable bed and sofa, everything clean well kept. The swimming pool was bigger than what you typically get at hotels, kept very clean, only caveat was that the water was a bit on the cold side. We left very early so we did not have a chance to try the breakfast. Surrounding area is very quiet, lots of apartments and other hotels. In all, it was a great place, will definitely stop by on future visits.

Cons:

There are no stores or restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Not the fault of the hotel but keep it in mind.

Loved Hyatt House Raleigh / RDU / Brier Creek
Pros:

From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a friendly face and professionalism...This property sits in a beautiful part of Raleigh. The rooms were clean and roomy, beds and pillows were comfortable. Hubby enjoyed the wonderful breakfast each morning. All staff were courteous, friendly and always very helpful.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms
Pros:

We had such a great experience staying here!

Our trip took an unexpected turn when our van broke down on the way home, and we ended up needing to come back and extend our stay while it was in the shop. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to the amazing staff—especially Brandon at the front desk.

Brandon went above and beyond to help us. Being unfamiliar with the area, we really appreciated all of the suggestions he gave us to cover what we needed while we were stuck there. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring during a stressful time.

On top of that, the hotel itself was wonderful. The rooms were clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great for our family, and the breakfast was good as well.

We’re so grateful for the hospitality and support. Highly recommend staying here!
