The location amd parking
Room is quite compact
Very comfortable easy access and lots of shoes and things to do in the area
Nothing
Not much to like. The place didn’t smell very nice, I booked a double deluxe room and arrived to a single double bed, and the location wasn’t the best.
As stated above
This room was so dirty, thick layer of dust on the kettle, stained carpets and walls. There was hair on the nightstand.

Awful place, it was that bad im putting in a complaint, it was dirty, TV didn't work, the lights on the ceiling were flashing which gave me a headache, there was mould in the bathroom, the carpet was filthy, the mattress was stained up and old, it smelt like cat pee, it was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in and certainly not worth £120 for the night.
The only positive was that it was easy to get an Uber to leave the property.
The room was filthy. There were stains up the walls, skirting boards and door handles, heavily stained carpets, and an overwhelming smell of dog throughout the hotel and inside the room that was almost unbearable. The beds were extremely poor quality, with mattresses that felt cheap and uncomfortable.
None of the lightbulbs worked — I had to remove a bulb from one room just to have a light in another. The shower head did not fit onto the shower, meaning my children had to sit down in a mouldy bath just to wash.
There was a pin left in the headboard where my children were supposed to sleep, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous. Tea bags were left in an open container, cups were dirty, and the kettle was not clean or inviting to use.
If I hadn’t been miles from home and unable to book elsewhere, I would not have stayed.
Location. Was close to the childrens hospital which was the reason for our stay
