Does not have kids play area/activities. Otherwise decent stay with good food and amazing atmosphere.

Property is ok but facilities are less. Menu very few options. No re recreational facilities like rain dance, some music, barbeques etc. it is a remote place hence hotel should plan some events for guests. Persons getting up early morning doesn't have e facility for tea and coffee till 8 pm or else they have to drink powder tea via tea maker.

Not upto our expectation and very limited dining options. They need to work on the quality and taste of the food.

This resort pictures look decent but the actual place is horrible, I’ve never been to place which has lot of mosquitoes both inside and out side room. I could clear see the reason, outside of the room was dirty, looks like it was not cleaned for ages. Inside my room I didn’t had clean sheet, it had stains. Non of the shower feclities worked in my room.I asked 6 times to provide mosquito refill, but management didn’t bother to send one to my room. I was up all night due to mosquitos. I was consorted about health safety due to mosquito bites.

I was sold a villa but I was given a room on 1st floor, not just me other guest who booked same villa like me shared his disappointment with me.

We called room service to ask water bottles, they refused to provide as it was too late, I called around 10:30 pm, after 30 mins on phone to receptionist they provided water. Not sure why a 5 star resort can’t provide water and we have to have a debate about water. I was so tired after all this, couldn’t wait to go home .

Rest of the facilities were next to unusable. I would say this place is not fit for operations. Hotels.com should remove this place from their listings, or it would cost website reputation.

Sea of Green .. coconut gardens ever where.. just like Kerala . Konaseema is a new discovery.

Resort is located in the interiors of village. Road drive is long but enjoyable. Ask for directions Google map is misleading.

Rooms are very colourful and different.. with antique furniture.
Food is excellent and very spicy.

Gardens are really very good, Staff are decent but less.
Boat ride is excellent
Service is very good.

The Hotel is good but is not maintained. There sre lot of webs in rooms, spiders,lizard and frogs in bathroom. Apart frpm that few of the things are missing in the room becuase Hotel Cleaning room doesn’t have the checklist. So sometimes the dustbin is mossing or water bottle or towels and spme or the other thing will not work in the room. Mandaveli the room lovs are very loose and comes directly in hand. Bathrooms in most of the rooms hae repairs but are not fixed.

During night the lighting is very low, we wil find the ways easiy because there are directions.

Breakfast in the restaurant was ok. We enjoyed only the pool so has given 2stars. It seriously need to be maintained and has to be taken care which is not being done by Management.

Went with a group of friends third week of Sept. First time to Konaseema .. village of

Andhra . Excellent scenic beauty. So many fruit trees. and lotus pond. Had some difficulty with

language but staff are very co-operative. Enjoyed the campfire on banks of River Godavari

and the non veg food. Lot of places to see but our stay was very short

Beautiful location like Kerala. The ambiance and design are very good.

We enjoyed the food, especially the Fish variety.. Boat ride and island visits are very pleasent.

Love to come again

Nice pleasant place to enjoy your liesure time, food and outdoor games were ok, service was also good, need to improve the connecting road from main to resorts, its a bit tough to get to the resort location, otherwise resort is just great and super fun!

Stay was very good, have spent quality time, Resort is very well located and the rooms and service was good, I really liked the outdoor games they provided along with the boating, excellent view of the nature with lush green surroundings, the food was ok..but overall stay was fruitful.

Excellent trip, really perfect place to have fun and relaxation, nature and the location is very good, food served was also good, had chance to taste some local recipes, out door games were fun, had a great trip and will be planning soon for a new trip.

A sudden plan to visit this resort and its a memorable one. Food was too good and the games like boating, archchery were too exciting, staff needs some improvement though, but overall its such a nice place to visit.

Palavelli was such a great experience, the place and atmosphere is so good, natural scenery, outdoor games, specially the boating and food are just perfect, only thing is the distance of the resort, other than that everything is very good, will recommend to my friends.
