חוויה נוראית ומאכזבת מאוד.
כשהגענו לקבל חדר, פקיד הקבלה בשם Piter אפילו לא בדק במחשב אם יש חדרים פנויים. ברגע שראה שאנחנו ערבים, הוא ישר אמר שאין חדרים. אמרתי לו שבבוקינג מופיעים כמה חדרים זמינים, והוא ענה לי בזלזול שאם אני רוצה אז שאעשה הזמנה בעצמי דרך Booking.

נאלצתי לעמוד מולו ולהזמין בעצמי דרך האפליקציה, ורק אחרי שביצעתי הזמנה הוא הסכים להמשיך בתהליך. גם אז היחס שלו היה קר, לא נעים ומזלזל, והוא השאיר אותנו לחכות יותר מרבע שעה בלי סיבה.

מעבר לזה, המלון עצמו ברמה מאוד נמוכה:
החדרים ישנים, המיטה לא נוחה, אפילו בקבוק מים אין בחדר. המקום נראה מוזנח ולא שווה את הכסף ששילמנו.

עשינו צ'ק אין אבל לא הצלחנו להישאר אפילו שעה מרוב תחושה לא נעימה ואכזבה, ועזבנו את המקום.

אני מקווה שהנהלת המלון ובוקינג יבדקו את ההתנהלות של Piter כדי שאנשים אחרים לא יעברו חוויה דומה.

לא ממליצה בכלל להגיע למלון הזה. חוויה גרועה מאוד ויחס מביש.

Very bad and disappointing experience.

When we arrived and asked for a room, the receptionist named Piter did not even bother checking the system. The moment he saw that we were Arabs, he immediately said there were no available rooms. I told him that Booking.com clearly showed several available rooms, and he coldly replied that if I wanted a room, I should book it myself through Booking.

So I had to stand there and make the reservation myself through the app, and only after I completed the booking did he agree to continue the check-in process. Even then, his attitude remained cold, rude, and unwelcoming, and he made us wait for more than 15 minutes for no reason.

On top of that, the hotel itself was terrible:
Old rooms, uncomfortable bed, not even a bottle of water in the room. The place looks neglected and absolutely not worth the money we paid.

We checked in but could not stay even for one hour because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt, so we left the hotel.

I hope the hotel management and Booking.com will investigate Piter’s behavior so other guests will not have to go through a similar experience.

חדר לשלושה.. קטן יחסית. בחדר מקלחת אין אבזור לתלות בגדים או חפצים, סבון ועוד.. צוות המטבח היה מקסים. מיקום המלון טוב ויש חניון פנוי ונוח.

Cons:

היחס בקבלה בצ׳יק אאוט לא נחמד. פקידת הקבלה ביציאה הייתה גסה ועצבנית ולא נעימה. לא היה מים בחדר וקבלת פנים לא הייתה כמצופה וכפי שתואר והובטח לנו. החדר היה למשפחה אחרת לפי הרישום על הצג. מציע לאבזר חדר המקלחת פשוט אין איפה להניח דברים ובגדים ומגבות. היה חסר דברים = סמיכה ומגבות ומייבש שיער אבל קיבלנו בלי בעיה.

More than I expected according to the price.
Pros:

This is a new renovated hotel. General speaking is comfortable and nice with the price like this. (500 NIS for twins room with lake view)

Cons:

The elevators are a bit old and we couldn't press the button to call the elevators.
