הגענו מוקדם מהרגיל. וקיבלנו את החדר מוקדם. בקבלה דאגו לארח אותנו בקומה 14 הנוף היה יוצא מן הכלל. והחדר היה מרווח
הפקידה בקבלה מלינה עזרה בכל בקשה ותרמה להנאה שלנו במלון. תודה לך מכל הלב מלינה .אנחנו נחזור שוב

ניקיון החדר והנוף לכנרת

הבריכה מאוד רחוקה מהמלון עצמו יש הרבה מדרגות שצריך לעלות או לרדת כדי להגיע לבריכה לאנשים מבוגרים או נכים זה ממש בלתי אפשרי כמו כן האוכל על הפנים נראה תפל לא מתובלן כמו שצריך מבחר מצומצם מאוד כמעט ואין מה לאכול בכלל לדוגמא בשר לא היה בכלל היה רק עופות ודגים בנוסף אין שום פעילות בשעות הערב משעמם מאוד רחוק מהעיר בהליכה אין איפה להסתובב אין איפה לטייל בקיצור לא משהו בכלל לא ממליץ

staff was helpful and nice

Cons:

Had a young person at the desk that was rude and not helpful but the supervisor step in and correct her.Then everything met my expectation. I have use this hotel around ten times and if I come back to Israel I hope I can stay again there.
