הכל מהכל השירות מספר 1 מכל בתי מלון שהיינו בארץ ובעולם בייחוד לשוקי המנהל שאין כמו היחס והסבלנות והנתינה שלו הוא לגמרי הפנים הכי טובות של המלון ורואים את הצוות שמתחתיו שהכל מתנהל כמו שצריך מעל ומעבר !!! לא מוותרים על המלון הזה !!

לא קיבלנו מענה למה הברכה הייתה סגורה למה הירידה לברכה בשביל הנגיש היית נעולה. הינו 3 משפחות יחד עם עגלות ותינוקות זה היה ממש סיוט לרדת. אין רום ברויס. הבר סגור.

לא אהבנו שלא היה שירות נורמלי
היו ברחשים בחדרים, בתוך הבריכה ובכל מקום
לא היה בר להזמין דברים , לקבל קרח היינו צריכים לצאת מהמלון ולקנות
גם לא רום סרוויס נורמלי
לא היה שביל גישה לעגלה כדי לרדת לבריכה היינו צריכים לבקש עזרה להרים את העגלה מלא מדרגות.

שירות גרוע בחדר האוכל . ביקשנו לקנות בקבוק מים נאמר לנו שסגרו את הבר . בלית ברירה הוצאנו בקבוק מים מחדר האוכל ואמרו לנו להשאירו והפגינו בזילזול "הייתם צריכים להצטייד בבקבוקי מים ...." אין מים בלובי כלל .אציין שלפני כשנה התארחנו ומאוד נהנינו ולכן חזרנו .הפעם התאכזבנו מאוד .
מים חמים להתרחץ כנראה שזה בקשה גדולה מידי .... לא הגיוני בעליל... גם כשניגשתי לקבלה לא שלחו איש תחזוקה . המזל שלנו היה שבאנו אחרי מקלחת (זה היה סמוך לשבת) מים חמים למטרנה לתינוק גם מאוד בעייתי להם להביא
