Budget small town accomodation
Pros:

A budget hotel in a nothing-is- happening town at the Malaysia-Thai border. Located right in the middle of Padang Besar, Thailand. The van or minibus station to Hatyai is 200m away.
Quite clean with comfy bed, cable TV and hot water shower. WiFi okay. Aircon okay. For 450 baht per night, it is well worth your money.
Food may be difficult to find.

Pros:

I've never been offered hourly rates before, or had someone surprised we had to check in. Also Ive never smelt as much smoke in a hotel room in my life. A unique experience, we didn't stay the night 😂

廃墟のようなホテル
Pros:

まず、チェックイン時に従業員がエクスペディアでの予約ということを全く理解できず、チェックインに手間取った。
さらに、Standard Roomを予約していたのだが、それがどの部屋なのかを従業員がわかっていない。
建物全体が廃墟同然だが、室内もボロボロ。
よくこんな状態を放置して営業できるなと思う。

なお、私はタイ語が話せるのでチェックイン時のやり取りはすべてタイ語だったが、英語は話せそうになかったので、タイ語がわからない人はチェックインを受け付けてくれないかもしれない。

ただ、この町のホテルはどこも似たような感じだったので、この町には泊まらない方がいいと思う。
マレーシア側のパダンブサールか、ハジャイ、ダーンノークを薦めます。

Location is NOT correct!!!
Pros:

Location in description of hotel is not correct. In real hotel is situated in 80km from Songhkla and not in the town, as described!!! I lost my time and money as well to get there...
The room was dirty, a lot of rubbish under bed. Just reception staff was friendly.
