Okay for a quick stop, not for multiple days
Pros:

The hotel was close to the Cebu North Bus station. They upgraded my room free of charge. It was okay for a stopover for a few hours, but would not stay for multiple days. The AC was VERY good, cooled down the room quickly, but it was very loud.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. There was still hair in the bathroom floor from previous guests the room was not vacuumed and moped, the bedsheets and towels were (probably) washed but had stains everywhere. The shower head was dirty and rusty and spraying in all directions. Even though the bathroom was big it did not have any place for me to put my toiletries or clothes. I could not lock my room’s door, and had troubles locking the balcony door.

The worst hotel I have stayed in. Avoid.
Pros:

Very little, the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The room was empty when I moved in. No towels no cups microwave that did not work. When I complained no towel I was give a thin worn out grey(originally white) towel. Better towels next day. Out all day with make up room light illuminated but room not cleaned

Pros:

Location close to malls and local attractions. 7/11 at the hotel.

Cons:

Noise. We must of been on the only emergency route between hospitals as every 5-10mins ambulance sirens passing by 24/7.

Suitable if you’re on a budget and if you prefer good location.
Pros:

Location near SM and Ayala. Free water.

Cons:

Limited channels available. Net is intermittent, not recommended for VAs or Digital nomad. No chairs available. Last time I checked some rooms have table and chair.
