Pathetic and disappointing
Pros:

I booked Namsay Choeling Resort in Paro for a 4night stay, and my friend & had the worst stay ever! On day1 when we arrived, we figured that the location of the resort is quite into the interiors and transportation is not easily accessible unless you walk down the kachha road onto the main road for a cab. So we decided to have our lunch at the hotel. We ordered from the a la carte menu, which took them over an hour to prepare. While we sat there waiting at our table, nobody even offered us a glass of water. On day2, at about 10pm, I called reception & asked for some cotton. A lady from housekeeping came to give it to me & on asking her if I could have a small bottle of drinking water she refused me saying didn't we place two small bottles this morning while servicing the room? I said yes, but thats over & i need more. She said no, we only provide two bottles once a day. She was extremely rude. Everyday the rooms are serviced but the sheets are not changed. The cups and saucer we used for tea-coffee were not washed well or wiped. They were left on the dirty tray dripping with water. The hot water kettle lying elsewhere. The rooms are carpeted but very dirty, you see the dust and filth on it. Placing a garbage bag in the dustbin depends on the mood of the staff.
Finally, the last night of our stay made us really furious as we ordered dinner and it never arrived. We slept hungry. Next morning the lady at the reception was making excuses for the food not turning up. Pathetic!!
