Vi hade bokat en svit och hamnade på 8:e våningen med fantastisk utsikt. Det var det enda vi var väldigt nöjda med på boendet.

Cons:

Vi har mycket vi tyvärr tycker är katastrof med boendet.

- ingen AC på hela hotellet så blir obehagligt att vara där.

- de står att de erbjuder cykler. Fanns två stycken riktigt slitna som knappt gick att cyklas på.

- står att de erbjuder strandhanddukar. Tror det var 2 av 8 dagar vi lyckades få. Alla andra dagar var de slut när vi kom på morgonen. Under all kritik. Skicket känns smutsigt och ofräscht.

- De står att de har parasoll. Det finns ett. Övriga solstolar erbjuder inga skuggalternativ.

- tyckte inte att det var så hjälpsam personal.

- tråkig frukost och outhärdligt att sitta i den värmen och äta.

Allmänt risigt skick på hotellet. Det ser väldigt mycket finare ut än det var. Kändes väldigt nedgånget.

It was okay
Pros:

Swimming pool area is good n have so much variety of food in breakfast

Cons:

Rooms are very old style n need repair i stay in 803 and mainly its not at all in the centre for sunset town u need to pay 400000 vnd and vinwonder u have to pay 700000vnd for 2 way if u want to just relax perfect place to stay in this price but can get better option

Pros:

It has a swimming pool and is near the beach.

Cons:

When we checked in, the room was very hot, the ac was not working and the room bell was also not working. We called the reception multiple times after which they sent the electrician to fix it.
We requested to change the room multiple times on the room phone , but they were not responding, finally we had to go to the reception to get it sorted instantly.
The breakfast is very bad for Indians. Very limited veg options and that was also tasteless. We had to eat only bread and butter everyday for breakfast for 3 days.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the lobbies were very comfortable to spend time in. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast facility at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The food quality was very poor, and the staff was quite unfriendly. I was staying there for an Ironman 70.3 race, and the staff was rude when I requested to take my triathlon bike to my room. They insisted I leave it unattended in the lobby, which was completely unacceptable.

Cons:

Уборка в комнате проводилась через день, полотенце порой не меняли, а порой просто грязные забирали а чистые не ложили. В бассейне не хватает полотенец, бар не работает, лежаков возле бассейна очень мало. Завтрак однообразный, под конец отдыха уже не ходили на завтрак.
