Pros:

I loved the onsite breakfast offering and the variety. The hotel was so accommodating to leave the suitcases after checking out so we could still spend the day seeing sites before heading back out on another train adventure to another city.

Small room but it is very common to have small room in Japan. You shouldn’t expect to have spacious room unless you pay for premium price.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und für diese Hotel-Kategorie mehr als ausreichend. Sehr gute Lage in Shinshaibashi, es gibt viele Unternehmungen, die fußläufig erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Relativ kleines Zimmer, aber das ist in Japan einfach so.

Hotel excelente y cerca del centro!
Pros:

El personal como siempre excelente.
La ubicación muy buena, estás a pocos minutos del centro y a unos pasos tienes el metro.
El desayuno increíble, mucha variedad y buenísimo!
La habitación estaba genial, el tamaño de la habitación es bueno si viajas con maletas de cabina o mochila.
Sin duda muy recomendable!

This hotel left itself short on many basic aspects and I would not recommend.
Pros:

Good location for night life and shopping in down town Osaka. Close to some good underground lines. Nice lobby area.

Cons:

We ended up across the street in their annex hotel. Noisy at night due to bars and night clubs open late also road noise. Half the TV channels didn't work also the coffee machine in the lobby didn't work. Beds were baldly made and even for Japanese standards you had to climb over beds. Could not turn off bathroom fan at all and was noisy all night.
