Pros:

The room was spotless and quiet, the inner sliding door between the sleeping area and the entrance/bathroom area completely blocked noises from other guests.
The bed was super comfortable, I slept through my alarm, so maybe it was too comfortable.
The free drinks/coffee is great value.
My interaction with staff was minimal but they were always polite and friendly.
I would definitely stay again!

Cons:

I didn't like sleeping through my alarm, I wanted to get breakfast!

Great value for money, well located and friendly staff. Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff was super kind and helpful, was even possible to make an earlier checkin as the room was ready and it was amazing for us to keep the day going

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, loved just the breakfast was nothing other than the ordinary - still good though

Localización 10. Todo lo necesario para comodidad perfecta!
Pros:

Localización. Todo cerca andando, sin preocupaciones por la vuelta en taxi.
El baño, espacio pequeño pero parecía que lo estaba usando por primera vez.

Cons:

Ideally located in the heart of Dotombori area (can be a bit noisy though).
Walking distance from restaurants, shopping mall.
Quite decent choice of food for breakfast.

Cons:

Hallway can be noisy due to unrespectful foreigner tourists (not much that hotel management can do though).
