Décevant pour notre part
Pros:

Joli hôtel, avec un beau jardin. Proximité avec la voie rapide (même un peu trop proche, 4 min à pieds…). La chambre était grande avec une mezzanine. Superbe baignoire.

Cons:

Pas de restaurant après 16 heures le dimanche (indiqué donc ok), cependant il n’était pas possible d’avoir le petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. Nous avons été prévenu sur WhatsApp le jour de l’arrivée. Pas de personnel disponible dans l’hôtel. Nous ne pouvions qu’accéder à nos chambres, toutes les autres parties de l’hôtel étaient fermées. Il n’y avait que notre voiture sur le parking, donc nous supposons que nous étions tout seul dans l’établissement. Nous avons pu acheter de quoi nous nourrir à la supérette du coin. Cependant il n’y avait rien à disposition à l’hôtel (micro-ondes ou frigo dans la chambre). Il y avait seulement un petit frigo avec des chips et des soda dans le couloir (mais on se voyait mal mettre nos achats dedans, ne sachant pas si nous étions les seuls clients ou non).

Charming Property Let Down by Basic Inconveniences
Pros:

The hotel enjoys a very convenient location and offers beautiful, well-maintained recreational grounds. Right next to the property, there is a historic mill that guests can visit. It is also clear that the owners have invested a great deal of effort and care into both the interiors and the small details that make a stay more enjoyable, such as a children's play area, fragrant bath salts, and fresh herbs.
The hotel also has an on-site restaurant with a short but well-curated menu, offering delicious dishes that are beautifully presented.

Cons:

We rented two rooms, and in both of them the electrical outlets were not working. Each one had been covered with tape. What was particularly strange was that the only functioning outlet, located in the bathroom, had an extension cord plugged into it and running into the room.
Unfortunately, this meant that the bathroom door could not be closed, and at the same time the extension cord was not long enough to reach the TV’s power cable. The whole situation was quite absurd, and we feel we should have been informed about it in advance.
In addition, breakfast offered no choice at all, as everyone received the same meal. The staff also seemed unhappy that we wanted to sit at a particular table, saying that “there are already cutlery sets on that table, and we would have to move them.”
It is a shame, because the place has a lot of potential. However, because of the issues mentioned above, we are unlikely to return.
