1. Thái độ nhân viên tốt, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, mình đến sớm tầm 30p checkin sớm được, có tặng trái cây nhiệt đới welcome
2. Tiện lợi phòng tốt: tủ quần áo rộng 4 5 móc áo 1 người, có TV, máy lạnh, tủ lạnh, view suite thấy đc biển (nhưng ko ngắm đc bình minh vì bị tòa khác chắn), giá sách to, có bệ đầu giường ngồi ngắm cảnh, kính an toàn, sofa êm, có luôn đường ăn kiêng. Ban công rộng rãi, an toàn, có ghế và bàn vs view thành phố tốt. Đặc biệt là nhà tắm: có bồn tắm, rèm bên trong tiện điều chỉnh, bệ gương và gương rất to, đầy đủ đồ dùng cá nhân, toilet có vòi xịt, thay giấy cuộn và thùng rác mỗi ngày, vòi tắm có 3 dạng, dễ sử dụng.
3. Phòng khóa tự động, có chuông nhấn gõ cửa, mắt mèo, an toàn.
4. Các dịch vụ khác tốt: ăn sáng (đa dạng món Việt, món Tây, nhiều chỗ ngồi, view thành phố thư giãn, phục vụ dọn dẹp thường xuyên), hồ bơi sạch, khách sạn có phục vụ đồ uống từ 6h30 đến 18h30, giá hợp lý, sảnh chờ rộng rãi, nhiều chỗ ngồi nghỉ, 2 thang máy, di chuyển nhanh. Pros:

Завтраки и персонал великолепный. Превзошел все ожидания.
прекрасный кофе, суп и много фруктов. Работники ресторана заслуживают поощрения, молодцы профессионалы. Огромная им благодарность он нас.

Cons:

На рецепшен приобрести стационарный переводчик для быстрого общения и взаимопонимания. Зону для курения сделать одну справа от выхода а слева не курящие могли бы любоваться и не дышать дымом курящих.

Pros:

Cамое большое преимущество этого отеля - это его персонал. Особенно работающий в ресторане персонал. Всегда приветливые, аккуратно одетые, выполняли свою работу незаметно для отдыхающих. В ресторане было всегда уютно и чисто. Звучала приятная музыка. Завтраки были хорошие и разнообразные.
Номер был большим и удобным. Уборка производилась ежедневно. Также отзывчивый персонал на рецепшене.

Cons:

Не помешало бы наличие балкона.

Perfect location, but choose only for shorter stays
Pros:

The location is perfect, just next to the metro station and Fort Canning. Pleasant area with Fine Arts University. We got our room upgraded to a slightly bigger one. We liked the water filter in the room. The beds were comfortable. Nice swimming pool. It was one of the cheapest option close to the center when I was booking.

Cons:

The windows do not open which, combined with the size of the room, makes a claustrophobic impression. The rooms are really tiny, so there are no bed side tables or space for bags.
The bathroom was very stinky when we arrived - a strong smell of dirty humid wet cloth. There is a general problem with humidity in the bathroom. We had to open the room door to have some ventilation in the bathroom after having a shower.
Air conditioning was tricky to set.

No ion, as they said it’s to avoid fire risks
Location is not close to good restaurants and all of them are tourist trap
