Personnel au top. La patronne et sa fille sont adorables. Chambre superbe. Petit déjeuner très très bon. Le seul bémol est la piscine en plein vent, eau très froide nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Sinon tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement

Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est bonne, lle petit déjeuner est correct et l'emplacement est bien et plutôt calme.

La propreté dans les chambres... Il ne faut pas regarder sous le lit.

A hotel past its prime and in need of serious refreshment
Pros:

The only real highlight of what was once a junior suite was the view.

Cons:

It is immediately clear upon entering the lobby that this hotel has seen much better days. The lobby felt empty and cold, like an abandoned bus station, with hardly any furniture left. The reception staff appeared tired and unenthusiastic.

Very little remains of what was once a junior suite — even basic items such as bathrobes were missing. It was a strange experience overall, as if everything that once made the room comfortable had been removed. There was not even a small table on the balcony, which made the space feel unfinished and neglected.

Breakfast was a rather unpleasant experience. There was hardly anything European-style available apart from fried eggs, and the other options were best left untouched. Fruit ran out before we even had a chance to see it, although this may have been partly due to particularly rude guests, whose behavior was embarrassing — something the hotel itself cannot be blamed for.

However, the hotel could and should improve the quality of both the coffee and the juice. For Vietnam, both were embarrassingly poor, with the juice being almost undrinkable.

I would not stay at this hotel again, even if given the chance to have a room on the top floor again. The hotel is clearly in urgent need of renovation and renewal.
