Pros:

Nettes, saubere Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße, ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Mehrere Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Taxi zum Flughafen konnte ich hier zu einem guten Preis buchen. Personal ist superfreundlich.

Cons:

Balkon-Stühle könnten bequemer sein.

Hotel had loads to offer, great value for money!
Pros:

The staff were so professional, helpful and very friendly, there were concierges who helped us with our bags on arrival, greeted us with fresh juice and guided us on what Hoi an can offer. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big with very powerful hot shower. Room was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels. If you book through booking.com you can rent the bikes for free. The location was amazing, halfway point from the old town and the beach, away from the chaos very quiet at night, but near enough to centre. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, but the weather was quite chilly at night anyways.

Wygodny hotel w spokojnej części miasta
Pros:

Niezwykle pomocny i miły personel. Bardzo dobre sniadanie. Spokojna okolica. Do starego miasta 1,3 km- można dojść pieszo lub wypożyczyć w hotelu rowery.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze deden een mooie extra voor ons jubileum. Er waren gratis fietsen aanwezig buiten het hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met zowel Vietnamese als Westerse opties.

Perfect stay in a hidden gem
Pros:

Staff very friendly, thorough and helpful - we booked tours such as ba na hills, coconut basket boats and the memories show and they explained everything and arranged things perfectly. Reception staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

Stedet var rent og værelserne pæne. Morgenmadsbuffeten havde et godt udbud. Personalet var meget søde

Desværre lugtede der enormt fugtigt inde på værelset og det var lidt svært at være derinde nogle gange.

Best stay in Hoi An!
Pros:

We were so happy here! The staff is so nice and goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. They even cooked us a complimentary meal when everything was closed on the holiday. We tried to extend our stay because we didn’t want to leave but it was fully booked. Will be back!

Nice hotel with very lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel was clean with big rooms, a nice pool and a good breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - perhaps the friendliest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and you can rent bikes to cycle out to the beach.

Would stay again.
