Pros:

Bardzo dobre ciśnienie wody w łazience i brak problemów z ciepłą wodą.
Dobra lokalizacja - w zasadzie pośrodku między starym miastem a polami ryżowymi. Blisko sklepy, knajpy.

Cons:

Przede wszystkim widać, że zdjęcia hotelu były robione dawno temu - obecnie jest już doc mocno zużyty.

Kompletny brak akustyki - słychać dosłownie wszystko z góry, z dołu i z boku.
Mimo, że zgodnie z rezerwacją pokój miał być dla niepalących, od kilku elementów wyposażenia było czuć papierosy.

Pokój był malutki, gniazdko tylko z jednej strony łóżka, balkon mikroskopijny - nie było szans korzystać w 2 osoby.
Bardzo twarde i niewygodne łóżko.
W łazience brak silikonów przy kabinie prysznicowej i nie domykające się drzwi od kabiny - w rezultacie łazienka była mokra po każdym prysznicu.

Nieszczególnie sprzątane części wspólne, na śniadaniu stoły były zawsze brudne po wcześniejszych gościach. Cześć obsługi hotelowej była chora - nikt nie nosił maseczek nawet podczas obsługi bufetu śniadaniowego..

Często całe piętro słyszało, że panie sprzątające zajmują się akurat pokojami obok, natomiast szczytem było wparowanie nam do pokoju o 7:00 rano, gdy spaliśmy, mimo zawieszki na drzwiach by nie przeszkadzać.

Free bike rental. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room smelled quite bad of mold. We asked to change rooms and after switching to the second room at first it smelled okay and then when we came back later it also smelled like mold so we just dealt with it for the rest of our stay.

호이안의 훌륭한 숙소
Pros:

위치가 아주 좋음. 조식도 훌륭함. 프론트 데스크 직원은 무엇이든 도와주려고 함. 무료로 빌려주는 자전거는 호이안을 둘러보는데 너무 편하고 좋았음

Pros:

Nettes, saubere Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße, ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Mehrere Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Taxi zum Flughafen konnte ich hier zu einem guten Preis buchen. Personal ist superfreundlich.

Balkon-Stühle könnten bequemer sein.

Hotel had loads to offer, great value for money!
Pros:

The staff were so professional, helpful and very friendly, there were concierges who helped us with our bags on arrival, greeted us with fresh juice and guided us on what Hoi an can offer. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big with very powerful hot shower. Room was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels. If you book through booking.com you can rent the bikes for free. The location was amazing, halfway point from the old town and the beach, away from the chaos very quiet at night, but near enough to centre. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, but the weather was quite chilly at night anyways.

Niezwykle pomocny i miły personel. Bardzo dobre sniadanie. Spokojna okolica. Do starego miasta 1,3 km- można dojść pieszo lub wypożyczyć w hotelu rowery.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze deden een mooie extra voor ons jubileum. Er waren gratis fietsen aanwezig buiten het hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met zowel Vietnamese als Westerse opties.
