Schöne Lage, schönes Hotel - sicherlich aber keine 5 Sterne

die schöne, sehr ruhige Lage. Welness & Spa, gutes Frühstück und Abendessen

Cons:

leider wie so oft in Frankreich : kaum jemand spricht Englisch im Hotel. Für ein 5 ***** Hotel ein no go aus meiner Sicht.
Bei der Anreise lag kein Schlüssel vom Zimmer vor. Die Qualität der Bad bzw. WC Einrichtung ist höchstens 3 Sterne würdig

The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. 7 days possibly a bit too long to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, typical continental, fruit juice and cereals, bread, croissants, cold meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, etc. You could eat in or out with a lovely view of the gardens.

Cons:

Dinner was v.good around 49 euros. Choice was a bit small and perhaps could have been bigger. It would have been nice to have had a few simple choices on an a la carte basis. We stayed 7 days, weather was v hot and there is not much to see around. We stayed in the wonderful 12 hectares of gardens and swam in the pool quite a bit. Due to the limited menu we went out to the Isle d'Adam (many restaurants by the river) and to Cerny Pontoise which also had some nice restaurants. You must have a car as both are 30-45 minutes away.

Moment agréable mais trop cher pour ce qui est proposé

L’emplacement, le calme, la présence des animaux qui apaise, le bâtiment qui est très beau

Cons:

Les suites sont très chères pour ce que c’est. On cherche les 5*. Le repas également trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Idem pour le petit déjeuner, cela manque de produits locaux. Le personnel au dîner qui manque d’attention

Full afternoon’s drive from Calais. Impressive, comfortable and clean with pool and comprehensive fitness facilities including sauna . All staff helpful and pleasant. Really fine evening meal
