Beautiful happy atmosphere thankyou so much.

The atmosphere and the staff just welcome you like family. i've forgotten the young man and young lady but their both a credit to the royal hotel and bar. I felt like I was at home and when I explained to the lovely cleaning ladies about me spilling coffee they instantly eased my anxiety and worry saying they'd sort it. It was last minute booking but everything was so beyond my expectations room and shower room were lovely even down to breakfast was provided. Fresh towels shampoo conditioner soap hair dryer fan extra pillows and little desk area then a little space for tea or coffee drinkers. Lighting was great and privacy is to high standards. Genuinely will be only place in Lancaster I'd stay at now.

Cons:

So second night my key didn't work on gate door to get in and telly didn't work but nothing that can't be solved by your lovely hard working staff.

What a fantastic room!
Pros:

It’s a room only Hotel but the room could not be better.
Real coffee, breakfast snacks and every thought put into comfort. The staff were very welcoming and all facilities were perfect. It is right in the middle of Lancaster within easy walking distance of great pubs and restaurants, and good shopping the next day!
I will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike.

Terrible music
Pros:

Saturday afternoon, England are playing tonight. Outside DJ was absolutely terrible. Playing music nobody wanted and told me that he doesn’t care what music we want and he will play what he wants. Such a shame

Would have no hesitation in returning despite my minor gripes.
Pros:

Room was modern and very comfy. Excellent facilities. Good location for centre of Lancaster

Cons:

No parking at property although a long stay car park is nearby. Discounted parking would have been appreciated as in other places. Not too keen on the breakfast pack left in the room.
