Où sont passées les 4 étoiles ?
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé au bord de la vieille ville. Parfait pour visiter et se déplacer à pieds.

Cons:

Hôtel noté 4 étoiles... je les cherche encore. Hormis le lit king size très confortable la chambre mériterait un bon rafraîchissement (parquet qui se déboîte, douche qui fuit, volet qui ne se ferme pas complètement, climatisation peu efficace, etc.).
Enfin comme souvent en Espagne les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés mais à des tarifs prohibitifs ! 12 euros par animal plus 25 euros de ménage supplémentaire, nous avons casiment payé le même prix que la chambre pour une seule nuit !

Cons:

El suelo del baño (hab 102), con losetas sueltas y rotas (tengo fotos). Muy feo.
El termostato del aire acondicionado se soltaba y no actuaba. También en otra habitación de mi grupo.
Faltarían unos carteles para el funcionamiento de la ducha.
Aunque no sea problema suyo, deben comprobar a donde lleva Google Maps o Waze (no recuerdo) la dirección publicada (Calle Del Grillo), pues nos llevó a la Puerta de Zamora, que está lejos.

Pros:

Ruime voorzieningen in de ruime kamer, goede ligging tov centrum. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Parkeren in de garage met toegang via een lift lukte, maar het is wel krap voor onze PHEV auto.

De deur van de kamer ging met een klap dicht. Omdat andere gasten het laat maskten en ook hun deur klapte, werden we er een aantal keren door wakker gemaakt
