Recomendation!
Pros:

Great hotel, very clean. Food was excellent(breakfast, supper)

Cons:

Rooms to the street are noisy because of the traffic. So if it is important to you ask for a quiet room.

Pros:

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Luna Mondshein! What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff and service. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, attended to, and completely at home. The hospitality here is top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back!

Pros:

We loved staying here. Everything felt like we were at a retreat. The breakfast was a standout with lots of options, all high quality. The pool and spa facilities were easy to access and really relaxing and the room was clean and modern whilst maintaining charm. It is also really well located in an beautiful area with great transport links.

Cons:

The hotel itself is perfect, I cant find anything to fault. There was some construction happening next door - not the hotels fault but if you're sensitive to this kind of thing maybe check first.

La ubicación. las instalaciones fantásticas, el jardín, la piscinas, el garaje, el spa, todo estupendo.

Cons:

Habiendo reservado con dos meses de antelación, hecho el cargo de la totalidad de la estancia con más de 1 mes de mi llegada, no fue hasta el momento del check in, que me nos entregaron un montón de documentación de rutas por la zona, líneas de autobuses, que era imposible procesar a la llegada. Nos lo tenían que haber enviado en el momento de hacerme el cargo en la VISA, para estudiar todo antes de llegar.
El personal del desayuno, muy poco amable, aparte de estar encima de cada mesa vigilando lo que se comía, no dejando libertad al cliente, para desayunar sin tener los ojos del personal encima. Nada cómodo.

Muy buen lugar, en Ortisei.
Pros:

La ubicacion era perfecta. El personal de recepcion muy atento siempre y simpaticos.
Las cenas o comidas, eran muy buenas. La sauna estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Algun camarero era un poco raro.
Los desayunos podrian tener un poco mas de variedad.

An exceptional and hotel!
Pros:

The staff were so helpful with recommendations, especially Alice! The facilities were super clean, it’s a beautiful setting with lovely views of the mountains. The breakfast was wonderfully fresh. We had the best time, I would absolutely return and recommend staying there.

We loved this place! Great rooms, great staff, great pools, great drinks and fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Room was nice sized with pleasant view and provided in-room amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used both pools daily and they were great. The bar concocted very good Hugo spritzes. We could walk to all the lifts and attractions/restaurants in the town. The breakfast was so good we still are talking about it.

Lovely stay in Ortisei
Pros:

The location is really good - walking distance to town, restaurants, cable car, etc. The facilities are nice - pool and garden area are beautiful. The breakfast was really good! Beautiful views from the balconies. The sauna area was amazing!! Love that there was a ceiling fan in summer.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small. Staff could be a little abrasive, but this may have just been a bit of a language barrier.
