Excellent choose for Ortiesi and surrounding ski areas.
Pros:

A fantastic hotel, great location, excellent staff and service, great food (varied choices). The pool and spa were really good.

Slechte nachtrust in een fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Fijn ontvangst, mooie lobby, goede gezellige bar, fantastische wellness met prachtige patio. Goede shuttle service. Goede sfeer onder het vriendelijke service gerichte personeel. Hotel is zeer goed ingericht, echt vakwerk! Een plaatje.

Cons:

Kamer viel tegen. Te kort bed, twee losse dekbedden. Erg warme kamer, hotel ligt aan drukke doorgaande weg. Dus als je het raam open laat staan wordt je wakker van het verkeer, vuilniswagen om 03.00 uur. Wij hebben echt slecht geslapen, maar het hotel verder is fantastisch.

Superb!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, 10 minutes from Ortisei town centre and gondola into the mountain. Food was outstanding, with a real variety at all meal times. Staff were warm and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. Spa facilities were incredible. I will most definitely return for another stay. Thank you Hotel Luna!

Cons:

I liked everything about the property. However, i think tea and coffee should be included in the late afternoon snack buffet

Pros:

Tolles sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit tollem sehr zuvorkommenden Personal. Ganz toller Sauna Saunabereich

Echt een aanrader!
Pros:

Ik vond het echt een heel erg fijn hotel! GEWELDIG vriendelijke medewerkers, een fantastisch ontbijt, heerlijk diner, een zeer kundige massagedame en tot slot een shuttle naar de skiliften. Ik had vrij last minute geboekt en had geen verwachting, maar werd alom verrast en heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Ik geef niet vaak een 10 en ga ook niet vaak terug naar dezelfde locatie, maar dit hotel in Ortisei maakt een zeer goede kans op een terugkerend verblijf. Als reiziger alleen ook heel erg aan te raden! Dank voor jullie oprechte gastvrijheid.

Hotel Luna was amazing! Breakfast was amazing!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and are such good people, they go above and beyond for you. The breakfast was amazing! I would say it was my favourite breakfast I ever had at a hotel. They had everything, a highlight was the fresh juice you can make with the juicer. The inside of the hotel is very clean and luxurious. The vibe and atmosphere of the areas were amazing. It is a really beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it.

Cons:

Most hotels have an Iron in the room but for Hotel Luna they have an ironing service, not sure if that is an extra fee. I believe you can also go down to the reception and ask to borrow an iron.

Exceptional and luxurious! In fact, added an additional night to keep enjoying it all!
Pros:

Luxury accommodations with stunning garden and spa! Exceptional staff. Breakfasts and dinners were high quality and delicious. Buffets were abundant with great variety with fresh, local cuisine. Property was impeccably clean.
