Pros:

같은 가격 대비 서귀포나 제주에 있는 호텔들에 비해 서비스와 조식등이 너무 부실했습니다. 가장 좋은 방으로 예약했는데도 불구하고 샤워기 헤드는 깨져서 물이 새고 비데기는 고장 나서 프론트에 얘기해서 고쳤어요. 프론트에 직원을 볼 수가 없었어요. 무엇보다 체크인 시 직원이 하나도 바쁘지않은데도 손님들에게 키오스크로 체크인을 하라더군요. 바쁠때는 키오스크로 체크인을 할 수는 있지만 프론트에 직원이 버젓이 있는데 손님에게 키오스크로 체크인을 하라는 것은 좀 아닌듯합니다.

Pros:

Hotel sucio, antiguo, mal localizado. Personal ausente en todo el proceso de check in y check out. Habitaciones que huelen fatal, a húmedo, con óxido en la mampara y la madera del cabecero rota.
Si podéis evitarlo, mejor.

요청사항 따로 요청했지만 해바라기수전 검정곰팡이와 변기 뒤에서 알수없는 우유썩은냄새가
있음
경치뷰는 너무훌륭해요
곰방이수전 신경쓰시면 좋을듯해요

The hotel was in a very quiet and peaceful location. Convenient store at the same building, next to the reception. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

We also recommend to try out a restaurant called “Devil (something)”, one of the best meal! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel. Did not advertise that pool is only open July & august when booking. Would have chosen a different location for our family vacation. Children were not happy it was closed.

더 베스트제주 성산호텔이 The Best!
Pros:

숙소 상태 너무 좋음, 인근으로 식당이나 편의점 등이 잘 갖춰져 있어 불편함이 전혀 없었음.
가족여행, 친구여행, 혼자여행 모두 추천함.
특히, 성산일출봉과 가까워서 새벽에 일출보러가기가 너무 좋은 곳임.
