Pros:

The Staffs are amazing. They go out of their ways to accomodate your needs. They are quick in their service, very polite.
Ramada is very clean, comfortable, the ambience is amazing.
We had a wonderful 2 days and it's a ritual for us to stay in Hotel Ramada Lucknow for 2 days every year.

Cons:

Just a suggestion... They can add more items in their In Dine Menu Service.

Pros:

Hospitality. Staff behavior. Drivers in travel. The best is food served and care taken by Cheffs Vikash and Raju and top of all Amaresh Nayak.

Cons:

Carpet should be at the seating area in the room.
