Pros:

Nos encanta Ramada Encore Puebla. Las instalaciones limpias, tranquilas y con diseño de decoración de Trino muy agradable a la vista, y más viajando con niños. El desayuno buffet muy rico y con atención amable del personal. Los niños disfrutan mucho las consolas de videojuegos en el lobby.
El único detalle que no me agradó es totalmente ajeno al hotel; el camino para llegar a la entrada (pie de carretera) está lleno de baches y en época de lluvia
se hacen acumulaciones de agua importantes.

Aceptable sin embargo no me gusto que no hubiera un closet aunque fuera pequeño, la habitacion la senti pequeña y no funciono el sistema de liberacion de aire del baño, lo bueno, el desayuno variado y fresco y las camas comodas.
