Bien placé et très propre
Pros:

Accueil professionnel du réceptionniste qui a corrigé une erreur de la douane, très propre, emplacement calme et bien situé entre la gare et l’aéroport

Cons:

Même si cela a été fait dans un souci de propreté, Il n’était peut être pas nécessaire de changer tous les jours les chaussons, serviettes et autres savons (suggestion pour une démarche écologique simple à mettre en œuvre)

フロントにいたスタッフの男性がとても親切でした。
予約時のメッセージのやり取りも大変スムーズで、泊まる前からホスピタリティを感じられ、信頼出来ました。
清潔で、アメニティもジャンプーとシャワージェル、固形石鹸、タオル、歯ブラシときちんと揃えられています。
シャワーはお湯もしっかり出ます。
水もペットボトル2本もあるので嬉しかったです。
一晩だけで朝食もとっていないですが、機会があればまた泊まりたいです。
喫煙スペースは各階のテラスにあるので喫煙者にもオススメです。

We had left our power bank and adapter at the front desk to charge before our flight, and in the rush to leave for the airport, we forgot to collect them. The front desk team kindly arranged a Yandex Go delivery to the airport at no cost to us—a gesture we truly appreciated. We’re sincerely grateful for their thoughtfulness and care. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with excellent service at a reasonable price.

Pros:

Полноценный отель, что в данном ценовом диапазоне - приятное исключение. Хороший завтрак со шведским столом. Кровать удобная, постельное белье чистое. Несмотря на то, что я останавливался всего на две ночи, в номере убирали и меняли полотенца. Круглосуточный ресепшен.
Расположение тоже удобное.
Словом, я очень доволен. Если не слишком будут задирать цены, то останавливаться в Ташкенте буду только здесь.

Great hotel with super helpful staff.
Pros:

Well located hotel, clean, super helpful staff. After two weeks of sleeping in hard beds in Uzbekistan it was a joy to have a large soft comfortable bed. We had an early train, so they prepared a very generous breakfast box for us which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying at Stella Hotel.
