### Poor Hygiene, Unfriendly Staff, and Disappointing Service

After my first night, I discovered bloodstains on the bedsheet near the foot of the bed. I went to reception immediately that morning, showed photos, and asked for the sheet to be changed. After breakfast, I went back a second time to make sure it would be replaced before I returned that evening.

On both occasions, there were two staff members at reception. Neither apologized or showed any concern. Instead, they looked visibly displeased, as if my request was something they did not want to hear. They simply nodded when I asked them to change the sheet.

Despite my two requests, when I returned at 8 p.m.,

**the bloodstained sheet was still unchanged.**

I had to complain again and was told to wait because the housekeeping staff were busy cleaning another room. After a tiring day, I couldn't even rest until someone finally came to replace it.

What bothered me most was the staff's attitude and the complete lack of care in handling such a basic hygiene issue.

Not once did anyone apologize.

The room also overlooked a construction site, making the view very unpleasant.

Breakfast was disappointing as well. Melon was available on the first day but missing on the second. When I asked about it, I received no clear answer, and it was never replenished. It seemed that once certain items ran out, they were simply not replaced.

Although this hotel is slightly cheaper than others, the facilities and service are noticeably worse.

I strongly recommend spending a little more and staying somewhere else.

A hotel should provide comfort and relaxation, not frustration and unpleasant memories. Unfortunately, this hotel provided exactly the opposite.

Pros:

The staff is very nice and helpful, the room is good value for it's money and it's really perfect for one night if you have a long layover. The breakfast is just amazing. The hotel let me keep my luggage and I could explore the city for the whole day. Free transfer to the airport is great.

Pros:

i had to leave to the airport very early so they gave me a packed breakfast which hads decent amount of items. I enjoyed the food in the airport

Cons:

toilet sitting cabin was kind of broken. but that didnt bring discomfort. overall it was good.

Stella hotel is a great choice in Tashkent at reasonable price.
Pros:

Located in a nice quiet street, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good with wide selection.
The cat is cute!
