Pros:

Terrible location. Children could not walk to the beach safely. Not at all as advertised. No dining options or other amenities. We left immediately after check in.

Very friendly staff and a great location right on Morjim Beach. The beach huts themselves are lovely, but the main hotel complex was less appealing. The property also lacks a pleasant outdoor area with food and beverage service, and overall it felt a bit too basic for us in the 50+ age group.

Pros:

Staff very helpful, good breakfast. Lovely spot right in beach. Beach bars and restaurants close by. Friday night can be very loud.
