Pros:

L'emplacement, le calme.

Cons:

L'humidité des chambres, l'absence de chauffage la journée, le manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain, le non fonctionnement de la télévision.

Cons:

Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts leider nicht wohlgefühlt. Für 130 € pro Nacht erwarte ich eine gewisse Grundqualität, insbesondere bei Sauberkeit und Service.
Das Zimmer war nicht ausreichend gereinigt (Staub im Bad, Haare in der Toilette und am Kopfkissen), die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen und es gab Schimmel. Zudem funktionierte die Heizung nicht angemessen – sie lief erst abends, war sehr schwach und ließ sich im Zimmer nicht selbst regulieren.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Service: Ich musste mehrfach an der Rezeption nach Strom und WLAN fragen, ohne proaktive Information. Auch bei Problemen hätte ich mir mehr Initiative oder zumindest eine klare Erklärung und Entschuldigung gewünscht.
Das Personal war nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber wenig engagiert – genau diese fehlende Herzlichkeit hat den Aufenthalt negativ geprägt.
Auffällig ist zudem, dass die Booking-Bewertung von 9,2 (2023) auf etwa 8,6 gesunken ist, was auf einen Inhaberwechsel hindeuteten könnte.
Positiv sind die gute Lage und das schöne Ambiente, allerdings fehlte es insgesamt an Gemütlichkeit. Für einen deutlich niedrigeren Preis wäre manches noch akzeptabel gewesen, aber in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich mehr.

Great location!
Pros:

Excellent location, spacious room and wonderful garden. We loved the location of the place it’s next to all the important trails to Teide and also the Biggest Pine tree in Europe.

Cons:

The receptionist didn’t seem to bother answering the phone or messages at any time of day or afternoon. She was barely present there. I seriously would consider having a talk with her as a manager.
The breakfast is also very poor. The scrambled eggs are not even scrambled and then the ham and cheese….so cheap for such a great place. I mean even at Lidl you can find better Spanish ham and some decent cheese to serve.
Also, the heating schedule : from 8PM to somewhen in the morning ….but the problem is that during times like heavy storms, the room is left cold even with that heat on. We had 6C outside and 19C inside.
You should consider buying some heaters for these situations. It would mean a lot to the customers!

Pros:

The room was spacious. It was very tastefully decorated and was very comfortable. We would have had a great view if only it would've stopped raining. The rain was incessant.

Cons:

It was very cold during our visit and unfortunately the heating wasn't on. I presume because they were struggling with electricity failures, but it would have been nice to have a warm room.

Fantastic loved it… Vivian is an asset to the hotel
Pros:

Lovely breakfast, helpful staff..Vivian absolutely lovely, so helpful and warm

Cons:

Love it all but do think they should open spa to all, prob 8 max for 2 hours and should be open all day. Charging just 10 pound as the hotel is adequately priced. Maybe private spas evenings 7 till 10

Frío en la habitación, frío en el trato!
Pros:

Habitación amplia, limpia, cómoda y reformada…

Cons:

Hacía frío en las habitaciones. Por desgracia cogimos un temporal de lluvias… con temperaturas mínimas de 7 grados en Vilaflor, y no funcionaba la calefacción. Por la noche tenías que entrar por el exterior del hotel dando un rodeo, sin poder acceder por la entrada principal ya que cierran el acceso a la recepción y zonas comunes, y solo se puede acceder a los pasillos de las habitaciones. Y claro diluviando no es muy agradable.
La comunicación con los trabajadores, propietarios algo difícil ya que su castellano no es el más fluido. En el check-out nos atendió la trabajadora del comedor que no nos dijo y adiós, ni gracias… nada.. nos cogió las llaves de la habitación y se dio media vuelta y ya!
En un hotel pequeño, en Vilaflor, esperas un trato más cercano y no frío.
Otro punto es que en ningún momento se nos explicó de los servicios del hotel.

Solid stay, great staff
Pros:

Stayed here as a base for hiking Teide - worked out perfectly. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast was genuinely good, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with whatever you needed. Would definitely stay again.

Le personnel sympa, nous avons bien mangé.

Cons:

Les patrons ne savent pas parler espagnol ni français. Ils donnent l'impression qu'ils ne connaissent rien dans le monde de la restauration.
Pour le départ de l'hôtel au matin il n'y avait personne pour nous dire au revoir, il fallait mettre les clés dans une boîte. Endroit assez à l'écart de la ville, ils ont été incapable de nous dire si il y avait un taxi voir un bus.
