Utmärkt
Pros:

Vackert, fräscht och mycket trevlig personal. Fick hjälp utöver det vanliga av Manuela i receptionen. Detta gjorde vår resa till en ”hit”. Trevligt med restaurang på hotellet, skapade en hemkänsla.
Välvårdad och trivsam trädgård.
Återvänder gärna

La struttura è datata ma è pulita e lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Un grazie speciale a Manuela che ci ha accolto con affetto e ha saputo consigliarci al meglio sulle attività del posto.

Amper personeel aanwezig en totaal niet vriendelijk, niet bij het ontbijt (wordt te vroeg opgeruimd, zelfs geen kopje koffie meer terwijl ontbijttijd nog lang niet verstreken was), niet bij de ontvangst (als er al iemand is). In plaats van goedendag vragen ze je direct bij binnenkomst om vooraf te betalen). Kamers niet up tot date. Restaurant niet aantrekkelijk. Koud en niet culinair of Spaans. In het dorp word je veel vriendelijker ontvangen.

An unexpected night of beauty
Pros:

The rooms and reception building have amazing decor, it's an incredibly beautiful place to stay. We had to book in an emergency quite late in the evening and the communication we had from the staff were really helpful, they sent pictures of the key locks and information on where to go. I also very stupidly managed to lock myself out very soon after arriving and even though there was no one onsite, I had very efficient and patient WhatsApp communication, once again - thank you! We also had a delicious breakfast in the morning and staff were helpful in helping me retrieve my things. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and take in the beauties of Mount Tiede uninterrupted it's a wonderful place to be and I'm happy that it's accidentally been part of my trip and I would plan to come and stay here longer next time. It was glorious this morning to look out of the window and see bright blues skies and that we were above the clouds 😄

Cons:

After 10pm, there is no one onsite to help with issues or if you arrive late, make sure that you arrive with your own snacks! I think perhaps it was excessive charging me for a second room but I am grateful that we didn't have to sleep outside!

Las camas eran muy cómodas, buena ubicación para el Teide, el desayuno por 9€ muy aceptable, el personal fue muy amable y en general la estancia aquí fue muy buena. Repetiríamos.

Hätte das Restaurant, wenigstens die Bar geöffnet gehabt, fiele die Bewertung sicher besser aus!

Cons:

Leider gab es keinerlei kulinarisches Angebot, obwohl dies bei der Buchung ausdrücklich angegeben war! Ohne Gastronomie ist ein Aufenthalt unmittelbar in Vilaflor eindeutig vorzuziehen und im Preis deutlich angemessener!

kleines Hotel nähe Nationalpark
Pros:

Ein nettes kleines Hotel.

Für uns war es super gelegen, am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes, in idyllischer Lage, nicht weit vom wunderschönen Nationalpark.

Wenige sehr kleine Bäckereien, Cafes und Gaststätten mit tollem Ausblick im Dorf.
Weit ab vom Massentourismus - das war für uns sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer war vor kurzem renoviert worden, oder zumindest einiges im Schlafzimmer wurde aufgefrischt und mit neuen Accessoires aufgewertet, das konnte man sehen.
Gut aufgewertet, einfach und stilvoll eingerichtet.


Uns hat das Schlafzimmer gut gefallen.
Gute Bettdecke, Kissen und Bettwäsche. Im Schrank gab es noch ein zweites Kissen.
Die Matratze war für uns zu weich.

Cons:

Das Bad wurde zum Teil aufgefrischt (renovierter Fliesenspiegel), und zum Teil alt und renovierungsbedürftig (sehr alte Badewanne, diese war total verkalkt und sehr altes Waschbecken mit Lavabo und WC).
Außer Seife und Toilettenpapier, gab es keine weiteren Toilettenartikel zu Verfügung.
Im Badewannenbereich war in der Ecke ein uralter und verdreckter Shampoo/ Duschgel Spender ohne Inhalt - dieser sollte unbedingt entfernt werden.

Toilettenpapier war immer knapp und ich musste nach einer Rolle fragen gehen.

Handtücher hatten wir zum Teil sehr neue und zum Teil alte, etwas verfranzte.
Sie haben gut geduftet, alte Flecken gab es keine.

Der kleine eingebaute Kühlschrank ist eingeschaltet gewesen und warmgelaufen, jedoch hat er gar nicht gekühlt, unsere Getränke und Backwaren waren Zimmertemperatur warm.

Morgens ab einer bestimmten Zeit müssten wir unbedingt die Fenster schließen, da sonst all unsere Kleider und Bettzeug nach Bacon geduftet hätten...
Wir haben darauf geachtet, darum hat es uns nicht weiter gestört.

Personal war bis 15Uhr nie im Haus, wenn man eine Frage hatte, musste man extra bei einer Nummer anrufen.. Dazu hatten wir keine Lust, wir haben es dann einfach gelassen.

Die Rezeption war immer erst ab 15Uhr besetzt.
Darum empfehle ich unbedingt 1en Tag früher mit der Unterkunft zu kommunizieren und die genaue Ankunftszeit abzusprechen falls man 1 oder 2 Stunden eher ankommt.. Sonst kann man ausschließlich ab 15Uhr einchecken.

Das Hotel hat eigentlich einen kleinen Saunabereich (laut Info und Bilder auf Booking), diesen wollten wir sehr gerne nutzen.
Es gab keinerlei Informationen dazu im Hotel.
Das Personal haben wir nie gesehen.

Wir haben recht viel für 4 Tage bezahlt, wenn ich darüber nachdenke was wir für das Geld bekommen habe, in der Nebensaison (Anfang Februar).
Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmte für uns nicht.

Charmigt hotell som är bra utgångspunkt för turer mot Teide. Prisvärt.
Pros:

Läge och fin omgivning. Bra rum och bra frukost samt middag.

Cons:

Väldigt kallt i rummet stor del av dygnet.

Basic verblijf op centrale locatie
Pros:

Dit hotel is gelegen in het dorpje Vilaflor, onderaan de Teide. Hierdoor is het een prima uitvalsbasis om diverse activiteiten te ondernemen op het eiland.

Cons:

De inrichting van de kamers is gedateerd, net als de badkamer. In de badkamer was maar voor één avond badkamerartikelen (shampoo, douchewash) voorzien. Dit werd niet aangeven. De bedden waren erg hard. Het personeel spreekt geen Engels en daardoor was er weinig persoonlijke communicatie.

Pros:

We received a warm welcome and were made to feel at ease. Clear communication and a lovely place to stay and the town is beautiful up above the clouds. Breakfast was always well stocked and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again!

Cons:

We didn't get to experience the spa facilities as it was a little out of our personal budget but I'm sure they're lovely.

Fijn verblijf in Vilaflor
Pros:

Ruime nette kamer. Heerlijke bedden. Het kan wat fris zijn in Vilaflor maar er is een verwarming op de kamer aanwezig.
Vriendelijke staf. VilaFlor is al halverwege El Teide en een goed uitgangspunt voor een wandeling in de buurt.
+ heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt
+ de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de Spa (tegen betaling)
+ parkeren bij hotel is geen probleem

Pros:

Proximité parc du Teide. Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Accueil peu chaleureux . Salle de bain vetuste. Lit double creux au milieu et pas impeccablement propre. Chambre mal insonorisée (on entend marcher au dessus de soi, parler a cote et on est réveillé par les chiens).
