Great stay
Pros:

Very quiet, huge bedroom and very comfortable beds. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff was nice enough to accomodate us with a breakfast to go! We would go back

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe add more lights at night as the main entrance is closed and you have to access it from the side - hazard issues.

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, está limpio y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Aunque fuimos en abril, las noches eran frias y no estaba conectada la calefacción, pasamos mucho frío! Poco abrigo en las camas y no habían mantas adicionales en el armario. Nos habíamos alojado anteriormente en este hotel, y con el cambio de gerencia hemos notado un trato más frío y un tanto desagradable con detalles como hablar en ruso entre ellos delante del cliente. Subida considerable de precios. Bajada en la calidad del desayuno, siendo este un desayuno continental básico que no está mal, pero sin platos elaborados como anteriormente.

Estancia de 10 muy cerca del parque natural del Teide.
Pros:

Perfecto como base de operaciones para descubrir el parque natural del Teide, tiene todas las facilidades necesarios, y dan desayuno y cena, eso si, se cena pronto. El personal que lo gestiona muy amable y atento. Aparcamiento en la misma acera del hotel y una zona super tranquila. Repetimos seguro y espero que pronto!

Le calme et les petits bars-restos du village.
La situation en montagne sur la route du Teide.
La bonne literie.
L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel.
Le bon dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Les distributeurs de savon inopérants dans la douche.
Les draps-housses trop courts pour le matelas.
Le thé (pas de sachets earl grey) et le café (percolateur) du petit-déjeuner.

Un capricho a precio asequible
Pros:

Fácil aparcamiento en la puerta, bien situado si vas al Teide, buen desayuno variado, spa privado para parejas (bañera hidromasaje, sauna y ducha fría/aromática), habitación muy amplia con nevera, hervidor, infusiones, café. Botellas de agua de bienvenida, cama y almohada muy cómoda.

Comfortable and quiet location
Pros:

We stayed for one night also eating at the restaurant. Our waiter was delightful and ensured we were okay with everything during our meal. The room was basic but offered a large bed which was very comfortable. The room was dark and the area quiet allowing for a good night’s sleep.

Estancia increíble para relajarse
Pros:

Si les tuviera que dar una puntuación sería de 10, la verdad que el hotel es chiquito pero acogedor, según entras se respira una paz y una tranquilidad increíble. La verdad que es un hotel perfecto para relajarse y desconectar de la rutina.
La habitación era súper mona y acogedora, y la cama súper cómoda.
Me encantó también el restaurante, el ambiente súper cálido con una chimenea y tranquilo con un hilo de música relajante. También cabe destacar que te preparan los huevos rotos al momento!
Lo recomiendo 100
Volveremos seguro!

Por poner algo, lo único que no me gustó es que la piscina es muy pequeña
