Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, a atenção dos funcionários da recepção é destaque, muito boa a hospedagem.

Cons:

No café, poderia melhorar a rapidez em disponibilizar mesas após o uso, pois muitos ficam esperando sem local para sentar e com mesas para serem limpas, deveria ter uma pessoa focada só nisso, nos horários de pico do café.

Localização do hotel muito boa, bem próximo do centro e com rápido acesso em direção a Gramado. O quarto é bem organizado e a limpeza é boa. O café da manhã é muito bom também. No geral atendeu as expectativas considerando o custo-benefício.
