Localização excelente, café bom, a limpeza muito boa, toalhas branquinhas e cheirosas, o recepcionista Luis no turno da noite, muito atencioso e prestativo.

Cons:

Check-in muito demorado, tinha marcado entrada entre 14 e 15hs e o quarto não estava pronto, esperamos quase 1 hr, mas compensaram com um mimo e pedido de desculpas

A atenção dos funcionários é incrível. Logo na chegada fomos recepcionados pelo Luiz que é muito legal. Brinquedoteca cheia de opções pras crianças. Boa localização. Café da manhã excelente. Muito boa a experiência.

Só das camas que achei as molas um pouco saltando mas não diminuiu a experiência que foi excelente.

Na garagem tem um rampa íngreme e não tem elevador. Para descer com salto é ruim.
Banheiro tava limpo, mas tinha uma parte encardidas no box para uma visão. Ais detalhista.
