Voltando a Criciúma
Pros:

O quarto em que nós hospedamos está todo remodelado, cores de muito bom gosto nas paredes, camas e lençóis muito limpos, cobertas novas, banheiro todo mudado, chuveiro excelente. Enfim, foi uma hospedagem perfeita.

Hotel bom, mas não voltaria

Já me hospedei antes nesse hotel. Bom para passar algumas noites. Quartos limpos

Cons:

Infelizmente não sei se trocou a gestão,mas a cordialidade dessa vez foi péssima. No fim de semana que me hospedei cheguei ao hotel por volta das 12:30. Embora o inicio do check in seja as 14 poderiam por cortesia ter deixado entrar antes, considerando que não foi uma distância de horários tão grande. Outros hotéis fornecem essa cortesia aos hóspedes quando possivel.

Além disso, nessa data havia um grande concurso público o qual grande parte dos hospedes iriam prestar a prova. Ao perguntar para a recepção informaram que não adiantariam o café e tampouco ofereceram a alternativa de fornecer ao menos um café básico. Conversando com outros candidatos, disseram que outros hoteis ofereceram essa alternativa diante da necessidade de grande parte dos hospedes.

Infelizmente caso tenha que me hospedar em Criciúma novamente com certeza não me hospedarei nesse hotel novamente.
