O melhor do hotel é a equipe
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Toda a equipe da recepção, limpeza, conservação e cozinha foram muito prestativos e atenciosos. A cidade é encantadora.

Cons:

Há variedades no café da manhã, porém sem reposição. O quarto, de longe, foi o que menos agradou. Pequeno e com decoração de, pelo menos, 30 anos atrás. Havia ferrugem na porta do frigobar. No banheiro, algumas peças do revestimento do banheiro já ausentes, demonstrando falta de manutenção. Mobiliário antigo.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício. Antigo, mas com qualidade de café da manhã e limpeza. Ficarei novamente com certeza.

Café da manhã muito bom

Cons:

Instalações antigas, toalhas limpas mas o cobertor e roupas de camas manchadas, wi-fi péssimo a TV nem funcionou, cama não é muito confortável.
Poderiam fazer uma reforma para tornar os quartos mais agradáveis.
Atendimento ruim, chegamos de viagem 30 min antes do check in, pedimos para antecipar e negaram, pedimos um copo com água para tomar um remédio para dor de cabeça e venderam a água por R$ 5,00. Pedimos para fazer checkout um pouco depois para dar tempo de tomar banho antes de irmos para o aeroporto, tivemos que pagar meia diária a mais
Acho que se tem quartos disponíveis, ter empatia com os hóspedes fideliza. Não foi o caso.
