Pros:

Great stay in Osaka. Hotel beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean and well mantained and all amenities and facilities provided were great. It was a hot August day in Osaka and AC was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. We forgot a personal item at the hotel and they were very helpful in checking the rooms and mailing it to Tokyo just in time for us to receive it. We are very thankful and wished we could have stayed longer.

Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant et fait tout son possible pour mettre les clients à l’aise. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et bon. Les espaces, ainsi que les chambres sont propres.
Le personnel a tout fait pour régler un soucis d’alarme survenu pendant la nuit, ils se sont excusé plusieurs fois et ont même offert un cadeau, vraiment très aimable.

とても清潔で、お部屋のセンスも良く、スタッフさん達も親切で、居心地のよいホテルでした。

Cons:

最寄駅(恵比寿町駅)から、徒歩で10分弱という立地が、土地勘の無い者にとっては少し不便でした。

Assez calme, bien placé dans un quartier tranquille mais pas très loin des métros et des lieux à visiter surtout si vous aimez marcher tout est accessible à pieds.

Authentischer Ansatz und traditionelles Angebot wie japanisches Frühstück und auch Meditationen

Cons:

Für den Preis extrem unflexibel. Alle unsere Anfragen wurden entweder nicht verstanden oder sofort negiert. Man hatte das Gefühl, es gäbe kein Entgegenkommen bezüglich des Personals, beziehungsweise das diese nicht unentgeltlich an einer gemeinsamen Lösung interessiert seien. Sehr ungewöhnlich und hätte ich auch nach den vorherigen Rezensionen nicht erwartet.
Außerdem gab es immer wieder Probleme mit dem Bad (Geruch und Abfluss), Löcher in der Wand und Flecken auf dem Boden. Für den Preis und Vier-Sterne hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet.
