A value for money place to have a comfortable rest but you need to bear with the slightly worn down condition of the pla

It has everything a good hotel/resort have for a comfortable place for you to recharge after the day of traveling.

Cons:

The room facilities are bad in good condition and some of the bathroom facilities are not functional.

It's a pleasant stay but the hospitality would have been better.

The Staffs at the Lodge (Hotel) Lobby is too rude. Not just one person, I encountered 3 and all 3 are the same.

Pros:

Checked in lodging after golfing..not required to run far.

Cons:

Staff required cash Deposit. Never mentioned how & when was it to be refunded. I checked out early @6.15 am..leaving room card on reception table as no-one in attendance. Despite ringing bell a few times.
Further, no fixed parking lots with instructions to park vehicle around the premises.

Good stay, nice facilities but need elevator for elderly and would be good if has kids pool
Pros:

Free usage for pickleball court and big swimming pool. Spacious room for the family suite

Cons:

No elevator to the rooms, not that OKU/elderly-friendly

Beautiful, quiet spot, immaculate room - we were spoilt <3
Pros:

Ponderosa was quiet and nestled among nature, and much trees
Pool was routinely(?) closed each Monday which means...dont book Monday(??) not sure
Requires cashless for all additional costs (booking of courts, rental of rackets for pickleball, meals at all their eatery - quite inconvenient)

Cons:

Only cashless payments. Grab is the only way in or out (unless driving)
Golfer guests can be loud/rowdy.
Pool maintenance means you dont get the pool during some days (and they never tell you when, during booking)
