The Good the Bad and the Ugly....😃😫😡

The Good....Check in was easy and fast and Oancake was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was nice with tiles throughout and new fixtures.

The Bad...the room was NOT what I booked..it was much smaller that what it stated on the web site 240 sq ft to 430 sq ft. It did not have a table or chair like it said...Pancake have a folding table and metal lawn chair. No hangers to hang my clothes... no night tables for clothes.

The Ugly...TV did not work..NO Signal....Walls were damaged and needs repairs and painting in a bad way. The mattress has seen better days and should be replaced as it was way way to soft....you sink in.

It is overpriced for what you get...I was ready to leave after the first night but stayed. I always just book for 3 nights just in case of this type of experience. I originally planned on staying a month and still am but at another NICER and Better price.

There are MANY nicer places at better prices in Prachuap Khiri Khan. I’m posting photos of the conditions as I’m unhappy that what is posted is not verified.

We had a relaxing stay in a good part of town. The staff were very helpful.

Pancake, her husband and sister went out of their way to make sure that I had the perfect stay. Everything was fantastic - I had such a wonderful, relaxing 3 weeks, that I feel totally refreshed as a result. Thank you all for such great hospitality!

The pros:
Efficient and friendly check in. Room was spotlessly clean with fresh bedding and a nice bathroom. Location was good, close to airforce base (& nice beach there) as well as the 'promenade' with cheap and tasty seafood restaurants and night market. Bicycle and motorbike rental on site and American breakfast can be ordered if you want it. Owners happy to chat if they're around.
Room for improvement:
A bit more information on check in would be useful. We only found out about hire options after asking and about breakfast via the note on the wall. We never did find out how to work the TV properly as we had little intention of using it.

can't say enough good things about the Guesthouse! the owner was great right from the start, with a very cute and comfortable nature. the owner was very personable and great breakfast. it feels like you're being welcomed into her home for a great price and the rooms were amazing! definitely recommended if you like bed and breakfast type stays and you can't beat the price. if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs for the rooster in the morning was my only issue. But I'm a light sleeper

We had a wonderfull stay at the Pancake house. Rooms were big and cozy. The owner Pan and her husband Rob were the most wonderfull hosts. They helped us with everything and gave us great advises what to do and see in Prachuap Khiri Khan. Pan makes very delicious breakfast. When my girlfriend got sick they took her to the hospital and Pan helped her there because of the language barrier. I recommend this place to everyone who is thinking about going to Prachuap. This is the place to be!

Ps. They had a very adorable rescue cat Tommy that we both fell in love with.

Fantastic guesthouse run by two lovely people, Rob and Pancake, we came for one night and stayed for a week, I think that says it all.

This was a great budget place only one block from the beach (where comparable hotels are double the price). The new managers are very friendly. Comfy bed, decent wifi and aircon made this a great value. There are several food choices within a short walk. We ended up extending our stay an additional night and would definitely stay again.

Quiet location and yet close to seafood restaurants, waterfont, shops and best beach in town .
