Beachfront bungalows are great. Not the most modern but comfortable.

Curtains & soft furnishing could do with a little update and refresh.
Loved my stay here! One of the best beaches I’ve been to, and very friendly service. I will come back and would recommend it to anyone. So beautiful! If you want to take your instagram pics of a beautiful beach, or just chill and eat some fresh fruits and enjoy the sunset, this is the place to stay
While this place is on the beach the facilities really need updating the staff at the restaurant need to learn to be wait staff as service is terrible There was a nightclub next door that went until 5am the aircon is not cold enough and extremely hard to adjust The water is not swim able as if you walk up a little bit there is sewage flowing into it the pool has no shade so the water is bath temperature night and day I would not recommend this hotel at all
Wir haben in der Kategorie nicht zu hohe Ansprüche gehabt. Allerdings sind die Bungalows ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirken sehr karg und wenig gemütlich. Mobiliar abgerockt, Steckdosen instabil, Belechtung entweder Nachttischlampe oder Neonröhre. Im Bad keine Steckdose und auch keine Abtrennung zwischen Dusche und WC. Warmes Wasser hatte ich zwei Mal in 6 Tagen.
Vorhänge gibt es nicht, sondern lichtdurchlässige Gardinen. Zimmerreinigung fand nur oberflächlich statt.
Das Frühstück wird in einem unklimatisierten Raum serviert und das Essen wird dort ebenfalls ungekühlt ausgelegt. Schlechteste Frühstück auf all meinen Reisen bisher.
Einzig der Privatstrand mit den hoteleigenen Liegen kann da punkten und auch das man fussläufig Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés etc. findet.
Nice people and a nice little resort but Phu Quoc beach between and around the resorts is sadly very dirty. Overrated and overpriced as a destination. Even the water looks greenish; sewage, oil and gas, all kinds of stuff going in the water. Disgusting really. The government needs to step in and clean this place up. Its not cheap either. I would not return.
Standard bungalow set in the grounds. Lovely outlook.
Quiet except for dogs barking most nights.
Bathroom was wet room. The shower was hand held which made washing hair more difficult than if the shower was attached to the wall.
Hairdryer could not be plugged in near a mirror so not ideal.
The staff all seemed a bit gloomy. Not many smiles.
Breakfast was ok. Only one choice of cereal and one choice of fruit juice. But usual choice of fruit, bread, egg station and Vietnamese breakfast choices.
Beds were comfy.
Beach was lovely. Plenty of natural shade from palm trees. Plenty of sun beds.
We stayed in the beachfront bungalow and really enjoyed it. Close to restaurants and shopping, short car ride to the night market (a must do).
We loved our beachside accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was in an excellent location.
Tolles Hotel mit eigenem Strand. Ausreichend Liegen. Strandhandtücher.Frühstück umfangreich. Jedoch nur bis 9:30.
Schöne Anlage toller Pool und freundliches Personal.

Our stay was fantastic-the bungalow near the beach was perfect except I wish there would have been at least one chair to sit down inside the cottage.
The grounds and beach were excellent and the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choice.
Stayed in a regular bungalow, everything was good. Would have liked block out curtains and a couple of chairs in room so you don’t have to sit on bed, but was fine. We got sick there and manager came down to see us and especially made us ginger and ginseng tea, nice touch. Easy to walk onto street, many shops and restaurants, and bus stops. Can get food from bar and sit on beach, some nights music. Beds comfy

Great location, beach villas are top , just a few meters from the ocean. Very clean, excellent breakfast and food and staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking along the beach this has to be one of the best spots around.
They do play some live music in the evenings, but it’s quiet after 9.30

My unique little beach bungalow was beautiful inside, staff was fabulous and New Year’s Eve was so wonderful. The resort went all out no exceptions to celebrate New Year’s Eve for their guests. The beach was beautiful and very clean with wonderful palm trees to shade you if youneeded
