Otel çok soğuktu, klimalar calismiyordu. Bu durum sizin sitenizde belirtilmemişti. Sizin sitenizdeki bilgilere güvenerek rezervasyon yaptik. Ancak otele vardigimizda otelin buz gibi oldugunu farkettik. Bu sekilde otelde kalamazdik. 4 Gecelik rezervasyonumuz vardi ancak ertesi gün otelden ayrilmak zorunda kaldik.Otel sorumluluk almadi. Otel, paranin sizin hesabinizda oldugunu söyleyerek paramizi geri iade etmedi. Bu durumun düzeltilmesini ve geri kalan ücretimizin iade edilmesini talep ediyoruz.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!
Pros:

The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. The room had a rustic charm and the view from the balcony was stunning. However, the service was slow and the check-in process took forever. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, which was frustrating since I needed to work remotely. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
