Memorable Experience & Service Memang Terbaik
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Rosa Malacca. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the hotel atmosphere was beautiful and aesthetic. Breakfast pilihan tak banyak sangat, but everything was delicious and the dining area felt cozy and relaxing. Really appreciate their room decorating service for my wife birthday. Seriously, sangat cantik dan buat moment kami lebih special dan memorable ❤️

Parking pun sangat mudah sebab banyak space disediakan. They also have rooftop area, gym, and surau which was very convenient. Overall memang sangat puas hati dan highly recommended untuk couple atau short getaway di Melaka 👍

Thank you for beautiful birthday decoration. We are so pleased with the hotel accommodations, it is so authentic, clean and well maintained. We love and enjoyed the buffet meals so much. The dining are is spacious, well lit and hygenic. Most importantly, we are delighted with the readiness and responsiveness of your staff. Such positive service attitude and definitely will come back.

An Oasis in the city of Malacca
Pros:

Whilst a frequent visitor of Malacca City, this is my first time staying at Rosa Hotel Malacca, having been curious about the hotel based on raving reviews across various hotel booking platforms. And the experience definitely speaks for itself! Upon entering the hotel premises, we were immediately impressed by the interior design of the hotel entrance and reception. The staff who greeted us are warm and professional, the room tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast with local Malaysian delights is the icing on the cake! Overall we are very pleased with our stay. The only gripe is the location which is slightly (just slightly) off the beaten track but this is definitely not a deal-breaker.

Hotel parfait
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé loin du centre mouvementé de Malacca ce qui est parfait pour se reposer, et suffisamment prêt pour l'atteindre en voiture (environ 10min).
La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse, insonorisée.
La propreté est irréprochable.
Je ne trouve aucun défaut à cet hotel.
Les bouteilles d'eau chaque jour est très appréciable.

Cons:

Rien, tout était parfait.

Canceled without explanation
Pros:

Made booking that was accepted by Rosa Malacca. After a period of time we received our booking had been canceled with no reason given. Disappointing and disgraceful service! I wouldn't advise booking this accommodation. You cannot rely on your booking.

Quiet place but access to sight seeing, shopping and restaurants can be a challenge,
Pros:

Nice spacious room, breakfast is good but the variety is perhaps a bit fall short

Cons:

It is located a bit far from shops, restaurants and tourist sites with no transport nor maps to guide

Cons:

El edificio está en remodelacion/construcción y no nos avisaron antes (sólo hay una notificación pegada en la entrada del ascensor), por lo que hay mucho ruido de golpes, martillo y taladros desde temprano (09 am) hasta la tarde.
El desayuno occidental es muy pobre y se olvidaron de hacer limpieza en la habitación (nos dimos cuenta cuando regresamos tarde por la tarde al hotel).
